根が重量に対して容積が大きいものであること、
一旦凝縮しても短時間で戻る正確を有しているこ
と、且、からみやすい糸状のものであることか
ら、特に凝縮のための加圧機構から、包装機構へ
の移送での絡み付き問題への対処等未解決の問題
が存在し、自動化の障害となつていたのである。

のみ立上がりを有する受皿部を所定間隔で取付け
た上昇するコンベアを装備してなる搬送路を設
け、搬送路の落し口直下の受口の下方に、向かい
合わせに設けられた水平押圧板と該受口上方より
垂下する垂直押圧杆よりなる加圧機構を設け、加
圧機構下方に包装機構を設け、切干大根の通過空
部が垂直押圧杆に対応する位置の下方に開口され
た仕切板を加圧機構と包装機構の間に設け、該通
過空部に、当接面が鋭角に形成された2枚の板体
よりなる切断機能を有するシヤツターを通過空部
のほぼ中央で当接するよう仕切板に取付けてなる
切干大根の定量自動包装装置を提供する。
