[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention partially overlaps the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface of the exhaust port, and makes the bent pieces at each end face each other to prevent spraying. This invention relates to a bonnet for a chemical dispersion vehicle that prevents equipment from being corroded by preventing dripping of chemical solution from entering the engine compartment, and also allows hot air to be smoothly discharged from the engine compartment.

For the bonnets of chemical spray vehicles widely used for spraying chemicals on orchards, afforestation areas, etc.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a plurality of ventilation holes 2 are bored in parallel on the side of a plate-like body 1 having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section, and a net 3 is stretched on the back side of these ventilation holes 2. () As shown in Fig. 7, a large number of air exhaust ports 6 are arranged in parallel and perforated on the side of a plate-like body 5 of the same form as in (), and () as shown in Figs. 8 and 9. As shown in (), a part of the side surface of the plate-like body 8 having the same form as in () is raised 9, and an air exhaust port 10 is formed at the end thereof.
Some are known to have holes in them, allowing the hot air generated by the engine to be discharged to the outside.

Among the cases described in the conventional technology, in the case (), when the opening area of the air outlet 2 bored in the plate-shaped body 1 is excessive, the strength of the bonnet itself decreases, so measures are taken to ensure this strength. If you bend the end of the exhaust port 2 and attach a reinforcing material here,
Although the strength could be avoided, it became difficult to install the net.
Moreover, since the exhaust port 2 is only covered with a screen 3, there is a fear that drips of the sprayed chemical solution may enter the engine compartment and corrode the equipment. In the case of (), it takes unnecessary effort and time to drill a large number of exhaust ports 6 in the plate-shaped body 5, and it is accompanied by a sense of complication. There is a strong possibility that it will infiltrate into the room. In the case of (), compared to the cases of () and () above, there is less infiltration of the dripping of the chemical solution into the engine compartment from above the plate-like body 8 due to the raised portion 9, but the plate-like body The drip of the chemical solution attached to 8 is at the exhaust port 1.
0 into the engine compartment, and for this reason, ()
As in case (), there was a problem in that there was a concern that the equipment in the engine compartment would be corroded.

In this invention, the droplets of the chemical solution sprayed from the nozzle adhere to and are stopped by the bent piece on the lower wall surface, preventing them from entering the engine compartment through the air outlet, and extending the air outlet to the bottom of the bonnet.・When forming, the drips attached and stopped by the bent pieces flow downward along the lower wall surface, preventing them from entering the engine compartment, and the hot air generated by the engine passing through the exhaust port. When this occurs, the flow direction is diverted downward by the bent piece on the upper wall surface, and the flow direction is diverted downward by the bent piece on the upper wall surface, and the drip that is about to enter the engine compartment through the exhaust port is diverted from the lower wall surface. By pressing, it is possible to prevent drips from entering the engine compartment and to smoothly discharge hot air.

By drilling the exhaust port from the top to the bottom of the bonnet, drips of the chemical solution can be guided and dropped below the bonnet, thereby preventing it from entering the engine compartment.

In claim 1, the upper wall surface 2 of the exhaust port 24 is perforated perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the machine frame 21.
5 and the lower wall surface 26 partially overlap, it is possible to prevent drips of the sprayed chemical solution from entering the engine compartment, and it is possible to prevent corrosion of equipment in the engine compartment due to the adhesion of the chemical solution. There is no need for a net to prevent the infiltration of water.
