The growth of this bacterium causes the generation of slime. As a result, the water that comes into contact with the product becomes a mixture of bacteria and slime, and furthermore, the sand filter and the cartridge filter have the drawback that they are clogged early with bacteria and slime. In particular, when the water use part sprays water from a nozzle, there is also a drawback that the nozzle hole is blocked by bacteria or slime. In addition, it is conceivable to combine conventional chemical treatment with conventional technology in the water treatment of sterilizing water by adding a sterilizing agent such as sodium hypochlorite to water. Since the concentration of organic substances in water is high, not only does it require a large amount of chemicals, which results in soaring treatment costs, but it is applicable only when chemicals are added as water. It has the drawback of lacking. The object of the invention is to prevent the growth of bacteria without incurring an increase in cost,
As a result, the point is to provide a circulating water treatment apparatus that can achieve sterilization and is highly versatile.

Moreover, not only is a decontamination device provided to remove suspended solids, but a membrane filtration device using an ultrafiltration membrane or microfiltration membrane is also provided to remove bacteria. The number of bacteria inside can be reduced. In addition, by providing a cleaning device and a film cleaning device,
Since the suspended solids and bacteria captured by the removing device and the membrane filtering device are discharged to the outside of the system, the performance of the removing device and the membrane filtering device can be favorably maintained. In particular, when the water contact surface is made antibacterial by forming the water contact surface from a resin containing an antibacterial agent that kills the bacteria by contact with the bacteria, the element forming the water contact surface may be composed of an antibacterial agent-containing resin. Alternatively, the water contact surface can be easily made antibacterial by using the resin forming technique of the present day such as coating the element with the resin containing the antibacterial agent as it is.
