通過用のスリツト7bを設けた形状をしており、
又プラグ本体7aの外周面には、ローレツト加工
が施されており、ベントプラグ7のエア抜き孔先
端開口部6aへの圧入が確実に行われるようにし

〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕 上記した如く、先端開口部6aにベントプラグ

できないといつた問題があつた。又ベントプラグ
7を交換する場合は、上金型4から上型プレート
4a及び保温剤4cを取外しした後、エア抜き孔
6の後端開口部6bからエア抜き孔6内にシヤフ
トを挿入しベントプラグ7を素材形状部5側に押
圧することにより、ベントプラグ7をエア抜き孔
6の先端開口部6aから外方に叩き出すようにし
ているが、この場合は、上金型4を分解する必要
があり、やはり作業が非常に煩雑になるといつた
問題があつた。又ベントプラグ7の外周にはロー
レツト加工が施してあるため、ベントプラグ7を
エア抜き孔6から叩き出すのは容易ではなく、場
合によつては、ベントプラグ7底面のスリツト7
bだけが破損してしまい、ベントプラグ7をエア
抜き孔6から叩き出せなくなるといつた問題もあ
つた。

及び外筒31の中空部32とフランジ部35の外
周とを連通するための連通孔37,37が穿設し
てある。又フランジ部35の中央部に位置する中
空部32の後端開口部は図示の如く大径部32a
となつており、内棒33の後述する頭部40が嵌
合するようにしてある。又、上記内棒33は、中
空部32の内径よりやや小径の外径を有するシヤ
フト部38と、シヤフト部38の先端に設けたリ
ブ39,39…と、シヤフト部38の後端に設け
た、上記大径部32aと嵌合する頭部40とから
なつている。上記リブ39は、シヤフト部38の
先端部外周に軸方向に沿つて延びるようにして、
等間隔に複数条形成されており、内棒33を外筒
31内に挿入したとき、当該リブ39,39…の
頂部が中空部32の内周面と接触し、第6図の拡
大底面図に示す如く、中空部32の先端開口部に
