Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to confirm cable number even in the way of cable laying route and to prevent delay of work schedule due to cable laying work. CONSTITUTION:In a site of cable laying work, a cable is extruded from a cable drum 1 by means of an extruder 3 and cable number is then printed on the surface of thus extruded cable by means of a printer 4. Cable number is printed on the cable 7 over the entire length thereof at a predetermined interval. Thus printed cable 7 is then cut at a predetermined length by means of a cutter 5 and thus cut cable is wound around a cable winder 6. Since the cable number can readily be confirmed at the site of cable laying work, the cable can be laid accurately resulting in prevention of erroneous laying or connection of the cable.

2. Description of the Related Art When laying a cable between each facility / equipment of a plant, follow the instructions in the wiring table (a table showing the cable number, the device name at the cable start / end point, the cable specifications, and the route of cable laying) The cable of the required length is cut out from the cable drum, and the cut out cable is brought to the site for cable laying. Then, in order to prevent the cable from being laid on the wrong route or connected to the wrong place when cutting the cable, conventionally, an index with the cable number is attached to two ends of the cable. I am trying.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since the index indicating the cable number is attached only to both ends of the cable, it is difficult to confirm the cable number in the middle of the laying route. is there. Particularly in a nuclear power plant, since the cable laying route is divided into many walls, it is very difficult to confirm a specific cable in the middle of the route. Also, when removing the old cable due to modification of facilities and equipment, there is no other way than to pull back the cable from the end to select the cable to be removed from the many cables in the middle of the cable route. It makes the work very difficult.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, there is a cable with a cable number in which a cable number unique to each cable is displayed at predetermined intervals over the entire length of the cable. It is proposed in Japanese Patent No. 68807. However, since the cable number is printed at the cable manufacturing factory, it is practically impossible to print the cable number on the cable because of the relationship between the cable manufacturing process and the time when the cable laying design is determined.
That is, at the construction site of a large plant, cables are laid several thousand meters or more per day, and in many cases, more than 10,000 meters are laid. Therefore, if the cable number is printed at the cable manufacturing plant, the cable number is printed. There is a drawback in that the time for transporting the cable to the construction site is wasted and the construction period is delayed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cable laying construction site, in which a cable of a predetermined length is cut out from a cable drum and laid between facilities and equipment. That is, the cable is supplied while printing the cable number unique to each cable at a predetermined interval over the entire length of the cable.

According to the above method, when the cable is cut out from the cable drum at the cable laying construction site, the cable numbers can be printed at predetermined intervals over the entire length of the cut cable. As a result, the cable number can be confirmed even in the middle of the cable laying route, and the cable number can be printed at the cable laying construction site after the cable laying design is confirmed, and the cause of the construction delay can be eliminated. ..

FIG. 1 shows an outline of a cable cutting and feeding method with a cable number display according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, at the cable laying construction site, a cable drum 1, a guide 2, an extruder 3, a printing machine 4 (the printing machine 4 was not provided in the past), a cutting machine 5 and a cable winder. 6 are arranged in this order. A large amount of new cable 7 is wound around the cable drum 1.
The guide 2 is guided in its moving direction and is connected to the extruder 3. The cable 7 pulled out from the cable drum 1 by the extruder 3 is pushed out to the printer 4. A cable number is printed on the surface of the extruded cable 7 at a predetermined interval over the entire length of the cable by the printing machine 4, and further cut by the cutting machine 5 to a predetermined length.
It is wound up by the cable winder 6.

According to this embodiment, at the cable laying construction site, the cable numbers can be printed at predetermined intervals over the entire length of the cable 7 to be cut by the cutting machine 5, so that the type of the cable 7 can be selected during cable laying. It is possible to make a confirmation, and even if the cable is damaged due to an accident such as a fire while laying the cable, it is possible to immediately select the target cable, which enables a prompt response.

Further, according to this embodiment, since a series of work from the cable drum 1 to the cable winder 6 can be automated, work efficiency can be improved. In this case, although the work efficiency is reduced, it is of course possible to manually push out the cable, print the cable number, cut the cable, and wind the cable.

Further, since the cable number is printed at the cable laying site, it is possible to flexibly deal with the design change of the cable laying and prevent the delay of the construction period.
Furthermore, even after a cable is laid, even if an accident such as a fire occurs on the way of the laying route, it is easy to identify the cable involved in the accident, and it is possible to take prompt action.
