Conventionally, delivery slips have been used for transporting and delivering packages. This delivery slip is the client's copy to be given to the client when receiving the package, the transportation company's copy, the package slip attached to the package, the delivery confirmation to obtain the recipient's confirmation stamp at the time of delivery, and the client to be contacted after delivery. It is made up of postcards, etc., and is known in the form of an envelope to make it easier to attach it to luggage. This envelope-style delivery slip uses the top paper of the once-opened envelope as a package attachment slip, the bottom paper of the envelope has an adhesive layer and release paper, and inside the envelope there is a delivery confirmation slip, postcard, etc. The pieces are separable and bound so that one end slightly protrudes from the entrance of the envelope. This delivery slip is attached to the package using the adhesive layer on the bottom of the envelope, and travels with the package. When handing it to the recipient, the delivery confirmation slip inside the envelope is cut off, a receipt stamp is obtained, and the document is taken home to the designated department. The postcards are then separated and sent to the client.

However, such envelope-type delivery slips have a problem in that the top paper of the envelope, delivery confirmation slips, postcards, and other slips inserted inside the envelope may fall off during transportation of the package. As a result of careful study of the cause of slip slipping, the inventor of this invention found the following as shown in Figure 4.
When another package 3 comes in contact with the delivery slip 2 attached to the package 1 and moves, the slip piece 4 that was inserted inside the envelope of the delivery slip 2 gets caught on this package 3, and the slip piece 4 and the envelope are caught. It was discovered that the paper 5 had been torn off and fallen off. In particular, if you use stiff paper such as postcards as slips to be inserted into the envelope,
When other packages were caught on this stiff paper, the paper could not escape and the slips often peeled off or fell off.

The present invention for solving the above problems is a delivery slip in which a slip is sewn into an envelope whose one end is opened, with one end protruding from the opening of the envelope, and which is separable. The length of the envelope bottom paper is longer than the slip piece inserted inside the envelope, and a protective paper is attached to the top surface of the tip to cover the opening of the envelope, and an adhesive layer is attached to the bottom surface of the envelope bottom paper to protect it. The gist is a delivery slip characterized in that it is provided with a release paper.

The delivery slip having the above structure is attached to a package by peeling off the release paper covering the adhesive layer on the lower surface of the envelope bottom paper and using this adhesive layer. In this state, the protective paper connected to the tip of the bottom paper of the envelope attached to the package covers the opening of the envelope that forms the delivery slip and the slip piece protruding from the opening, so that other packages, etc. Even if an obstacle gets caught on the slip piece protruding from the opening, peeling off the slip piece or the top paper of the envelope is prevented. In addition, this protective paper is attached to the top of the tip of the bottom paper of the envelope, so it covers the opening of the envelope without being bent.
Therefore, the protective paper does not rise up from the opening and expose the opening during transportation of the package.

indicates the entire delivery slip. The delivery slip 11 includes a plurality of (two in this embodiment) slip pieces 14, one end of which is opened, and an envelope formed by an upper envelope sheet 12 and a lower envelope sheet 13.
15, one end of which protrudes from the opening 16 of the envelope, and is sewn in such a way that it can be separated at a perforation 17 for cutting. Here, slip piece 1
In order to facilitate the cutting operation of 4 and 15, the lower slip piece 15 is set longer than the upper slip piece 14. Note that the lengths of the slip pieces 14 and 15 may be reversed, or may be the same length depending on the case. 18 is an adhesive. In addition,
In the figure, adhesive 18 is applied to envelope top paper 12 and slip piece 1.
4, 15, the envelope bottom sheets 13 are sequentially joined at the same position, but instead of this, the envelope top sheet 12 and the envelope bottom sheet 13 are directly joined, and the slip pieces 14 and 15 are joined together to form the envelope. It may be moved inward (rightward in FIG. 1) and joined to the top or bottom envelope sheet. Slip piece 14, 1 bound inside the envelope
5 is, for example, a postcard and a delivery confirmation. Although not shown, a copy slip is bound on the top paper 12 of the envelope so that it can be cut out.

The envelope bottom paper 13 has a length longer than the slip piece 15, has an adhesive layer 20 applied to the entire lower surface thereof, and has a release paper 21 having a release surface 21A temporarily pasted thereon. A protective paper 22 is pasted to the top end of the envelope bottom paper 13 with an adhesive layer 23. This protective paper 22 covers the slip pieces 14 and 15 protruding from the opening 16 of the envelope, and covers the envelope top paper 1.
It is arranged so as to overlap the tip of 2.

The envelope top sheet 12, slip pieces 14 and 15, and a copy slip (not shown) on the envelope top sheet 12 are printed with a frame for entry, etc., as necessary, and the information entered at the top is printed. A suitable copying layer is formed so that it can be copied and recorded on the slip below.

Next, how to use the above delivery slip will be explained. The person requesting the package enters necessary information (for example, destination address, name, etc.) in a predetermined column at the top of the delivery slip 11.
These entries are also copied and recorded on each slip below. Next, the parcel collector peels off the copy slip (not shown) from the top envelope 12, hands one copy slip to the client as a copy, and keeps the other copies as a copy for the company. For the remaining delivery slip 11, peel off the release paper 21 on the bottom surface of the envelope bottom paper 13 and attach the adhesive layer 21.
is exposed, and using this adhesive layer, it is attached to the luggage 30 as shown in FIG. 3, and the luggage is transported in this state. During transportation, the delivery slip 11 may come into contact with obstacles such as other packages and move. However, since the protective paper 22 covers the slip pieces 14 and 15 protruding from the opening 16 of the envelope, the obstacle will slide on this part and will not get caught on the slip pieces 14 and 15. The material prevents the delivery slip 11 from peeling off or falling off.
When the package reaches its destination, tear off the slips 14 and 15 inside the envelope, affix a receipt stamp on one and take it home as a delivery confirmation, and fill out the other postcard and post it. and notify the client that the delivery has been completed.

Here, since the protective paper 22 has a fairly large area, it is also possible to use the protective paper 22 for some kind of information transmission. For example, a store arrival code can be written in large letters on one or both sides of the protective paper 22 so that the delivery branch address of the package can be easily determined. It is also possible to manage luggage by printing a barcode indicating the slip number on the protective paper 22 or pasting it using a label and having it read by a barcode reader.

As described above, the delivery slip according to the present invention has an adhesive layer on the lower surface of the bottom paper of the envelope in which slip pieces are separably bound, and an adhesive layer is provided on the bottom surface of the bottom paper of the envelope to attach the envelope to the package. Since a protective paper is provided at the top end of the envelope to cover the opening of the envelope, the opening of the envelope will be covered with the protective paper that is glued to the package through the envelope bottom paper, and this delivery slip will be removed while the package is being transported. Even if the delivery slip is rubbed by obstacles such as other packages, the slip piece protruding from the opening of the envelope that makes up the delivery slip is protected by the paper, thereby preventing the delivery slip from peeling off or falling off. It is effective.
