【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、貼付用帳票が剥離可能でダンボール箱等が再利用できるし、剥離可能であっても配送時に極めて剥がれにくくできると共に、配達票を極めて取り出し易くでき効率の良い配達が可能であって、しかも前記貼付用帳票を届け先票としても使用できる取扱店又は運送会社等で使用する配送伝票に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来技術として存在するのは、図１４（Ｃ）に示すように、荷物等に用いる配送伝票において、荷物の輸送後の届け先に近い箇所での運送店（配達店）における配達票ｒは貼付票ｎの内部にあり、その運送店（配達店）にてドライバー等の作業員によって抜き取られるものである。このとき、配達員が貼付票ｎの中に入っている配達票ｒを出すのには、手袋を外していても取り出すことが著しく困難であったり、或いは取り出すのに時間が掛かる欠点があった。特に、寒冷地等ではその取り出しの困難性は顕著である。また、寒冷地でなくとも、平面上で一端のみが露出している配達票ｒは極めて取り出しにくいものであり、配送作業効率を妨げる要因ともなっていた。

また、荷物のダンボール箱に貼付した貼付票ｎには、届け先票ｑ又は配達票ｒの端部が飛び出した状態で封入されている。このような配送伝票が輸送時に外れないように、最下側の貼付用下地票ｍは強力な粘着剤にて貼着されている。このように配達票ｒの端部が飛び出していると、図１４（Ａ）又は（Ｂ）に示すように、上側の貼付票ｎの一部が屡々剥がれるようなこともあった。貼付票ｎと配達票ｒと貼付用下地票ｍとで最低３枚程度が貼着されていることも剥がれの原因ともなっている。このように、貼付用下地票ｍが強力に貼着されていると、前記貼付票ｎ又は貼付用下地票ｍはきれいに剥がすことができず、使用後のダンボール箱は廃棄しているのが実情であり、資源の無駄であった。

さらに、配送伝票の最下側の剥離紙は、何の役にも立たず、捨てているのみであり、資源の無駄になるのみならず、飛散すると滑り易く怪我をする等の心配もあり、剥離した剥離紙の有効利用することも望まれているが、複写できなかったり、その紙が丸まってしまい，保存するのに嵩張って見苦しく、使用するのに普及しにくい欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、配送伝票において、ダンボール箱に貼付した貼付票を比較的容易に剥がせる貼付票も求められていた。さらに、貼付票の再利用も要望されている。また、ドライバー等の配達員が配達票を簡単に取り出しができる配送伝票も求められていた。さらに、剥離紙を複写可能にすることのみならず、丸まらないものが求められていた。これらの不都合を解消するような課題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、発明者は上記課題を解決すべく、鋭意，研究を重ねた結果、本発明を、５枚からなる配送伝票において、下面の綴じた側及びこれを囲む三辺外周に再剥離性粘着剤が貼着された主貼付票と，該主貼付票の下面の綴じられない側の他の一辺側上に重合して貼着される補助貼付片とを有し，且つ該補助貼付片の下面全面と前記三辺外周とで四辺外周に再剥離性粘着剤が貼着された３枚目の貼付用帳票と、上面に前記再剥離性粘着剤に対応する四辺外周に剥離層が塗布され、前記貼付用帳票の再剥離性粘着剤と前記剥離層とが貼着された５枚目の剥離用控票と、前記貼付用帳票と前記剥離用控票との間には４枚目の配達票とを備え、該配達票は前記主貼付票の三辺外周の再剥離性粘着剤の内径と同等の大きさを有し、さらに前記配達票の綴じられない側の他端には折返し片として前記主貼付票端上に貼着されずに重ねられ、前記折返し片の上面略全面に前記補助貼付片の裏面が貼着されてなり、且つ該補助貼付片における折返し片の周囲はミシン目が形成されてなる配送伝票としたことにより、取扱店又は運送会社等で使用することで、貼付用帳票が剥離可能でダンボール箱等が再利用できるし、剥離可能であっても配送時に極めて剥がれにくくできると共に、配達票を極めて取り出し易くでき効率の良い配達が可能であって、しかも前記貼付用帳票を届け先票としても使用できるし、その再利用もでき、前記の課題を解決し、その目的を達成したものである。

【実施の態様】
以下、本発明の実施の態様を図面に基づいて説明する。図１乃至図４に示すように、１枚目の取扱店控票１と、２枚目の売上票２（勘定整理票と同等である。）と、３枚目の上質紙よりなる主貼付票３と補助貼付片４とからなる貼付用帳票Ａと、４枚目の配達票５（配達証，受取書，到着原票と同等である。）と、５枚目のとしての剥離用依頼主控票６（お客様控票，客先請求書，運賃請求書等と同等である。）とからなり、３枚目と５枚目はその外周が貼着され、前記１枚目から５枚目のそれぞれの帳票は重ねられて少なくとも一端が綴じられて構成されている。その綴じ方では端辺用粘着剤１５が使用されることがある。それぞれの帳票を分離させる構成としては、該端辺用粘着剤１５を剥がすようにしたり、或いはミシン目を設けてこれで分離する構成とすることもある。前記貼付用帳票Ａとしての役割は、貼付票９と届け先控票１０（宛名人控票，荷札，送り状と同等である。）として構成されている。以下の説明及び図面において、前記１枚目を１ｐ、２枚目を２ｐ、３枚目を３ｐ、４枚目を４ｐ、５枚目を５ｐとそれぞれ言うこともある。

前記取扱店控票１には、図１及び図２に示すように、その外形より縮小された形で記入枠７が設けられ、これには、届け先を記入する届け先用記入部７ａと、依頼主を記入する依頼主用記入部７ｂとが形成されている。その他の取扱店控票１の下側となる他の４枚の帳票には、それぞれ前記記入枠７に対応する位置に複写枠８が形成されている。該複写枠８は、届け先用複写部８ａと依頼主用複写部８ｂとを有しており、これは、前記届け先用記入部７ａと、依頼主用記入部７ｂとにそれぞれ対応する位置に設けられている。

前記貼付用帳票Ａは、図２，図５及び図６に示すように、下面の綴じた側及びこれを囲む三辺外周に再剥離性粘着剤１１が貼着された主貼付票３と，該主貼付票３の綴じられない側の他の一辺側上に重合して貼着される補助貼付片４とからなり，且つ該補助貼付片４の下面全面と前記三辺外周とで四辺外周に再剥離性粘着剤１１が貼着されている。前記貼付用帳票Ａの上面、具体的には、図８（Ａ）〜（Ｃ）に示すように、上質紙なる主貼付票３の上面には撥水層１６が塗布されている。さらに、前記貼付用帳票Ａの主貼付票３の補助貼付片４側端辺に補強帯部１７が設けられている［図８（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）参照］。該補強帯部１７は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート，ポリプロピレン，ポリエステル等の樹脂剤であって、その幅は数mm乃至十数mmであって、約２０μ乃至約８０μ程度の厚みとなっている。このような材質でも、配達票５を上側に引っ張って取り出す際に、図８（Ｄ）に示すように、主貼付票３を破損せず補強的には十分にできる。

前記再剥離性粘着剤１１とは、貼り合わせした後であって、一定時間後に剥がしたときの剥離に要する力が、貼り合わせした直後の剥離に要する力とさほど違わず剥離でき、その後に、貼り合わせ、剥離を複数回繰り返すことができる粘着剤である。該再剥離性粘着剤１１の具体例としては、合成ゴム系，アクリル樹脂系，シリコン樹脂系等がある。前記合成ゴム系としては、ポリイソブチレンゴム，イソプレンゴム等がある。また、アクリル樹脂系には、アクリル酸，アクリル酸エチル，アクリル酸メチル等がある。シリコン樹脂系には、ジメチルポリシロキサン等がある。前記貼付用帳票Ａの粘着剤塗布面の対向面には、剥離した際に糊残りしない粘着剤が好ましい。

また、図２に示すように、前記剥離用依頼主控票６の上面には、前記貼付用帳票Ａの再剥離性粘着剤１１に対応する位置に剥離層１２が塗布されている。該剥離層１２の具体例としては、シリコン樹脂，アルキッド樹脂，メラミン樹脂，フッ素樹脂，アクリル樹脂等がある。特に、シリコン樹脂が好ましい。また、図１０及び図１１に示すように、再剥離性粘着剤１１の枠状部の長手方向の内側寸法をＬ_１とし、その幅方向の内側寸法をＬ_２とし、前記剥離層１２の枠状部の長手方向の内側寸法をＳ_１とし、その幅方向の内側寸法をＳ_２とすると、Ｌ_１≒Ｓ_１，Ｌ_２≒Ｓ_２となっている。

また、前記剥離用依頼主控票６の複写枠８の外形は，塗布された剥離層１２の内側形と同等又は縮小に形成されている。具体的には、図１０及び図１１に示すように、前記剥離層１２の枠状部の長手方向の内側寸法をＳ_１とし、その幅方向の内側寸法をＳ_２とし、複写枠８の長手方向の寸法をＭ_１とし、その幅方向の内側寸法をＭ_２とすると、Ｓ_１≒Ｍ_１，Ｓ_２≒Ｍ_２或いはＳ_１≧Ｍ_１，Ｓ_２≧Ｍ_２となっている。このような枠形状とすることで、前記剥離用依頼主控票６の複写枠８内の届け先用複写部８ａ及び依頼主用複写部８ｂに複写文字等が鮮明に複写される。前記剥離用依頼主控票６を剥がしやすいように、該剥離用依頼主控票６の長さのみを僅かに大きく形成したり［図１（Ａ）参照］、或いは該剥離用依頼主控票６以外の他の帳票の角部を切除することもある。

また、前記取扱店控票１の下側となり、且つ前記剥離用依頼主控票６の上側位置の他の３枚の帳票の複写枠８も、前記剥離用依頼主控票６の複写枠８の外形と同等である。さらには、前記取扱店控票１の記入枠７も、前記剥離用依頼主控票６の複写枠８の外形と同等である。さらには、前記貼付用帳票Ａに貼着した再剥離性粘着剤１１の内側径と前記剥離用依頼主控票６の複写枠８の外形と同等である。

前記剥離用依頼主控票６において、前記貼付用帳票Ａの再剥離性粘着剤１１に対応する位置に剥離層１２が塗布されたことで、前記剥離用依頼主控票６を極めて少ない力で剥がすことができる。このために、剥離層１２を塗布した剥離用依頼主控票６は丸まらないようにできる。これは、図１３（Ｂ）に示す従来技術のように、帳票Ｖの下面に塗布した粘着剤ｇに対して、その下側に剥離紙Ｔを貼着しておいた状態であると、その粘着剤ｇと剥離紙Ｔとは十分に接着しており、剥がすときに大きな力Ｆがかかると、その剥離紙の剥がれる面が僅かながら伸び、この伸び（表面伸び作用）が全体として剥離紙を丸める原因となるものである。これに対して、本発明では、図１３（Ａ）に示すように、再剥離性粘着剤１１と剥離層１２とは剥がれ易いために、極めて小さな力ｆで剥がすことができるため、剥離層１２が塗布された剥離用依頼主控票６には伸びは生ぜず、この結果丸まらないようにできるものである。

前記配達票５は、図２乃至図５に示すように、前記剥離用依頼主控票６と前記貼付用帳票Ａとの間に存し、前記主貼付票３の三辺外周の再剥離性粘着剤１１の内径と同等の大きさを有し、配達票５の一端は綴じられ、ミシン目等にて外すことが可能に構成され、且つその他端には折返し片５ａとして前記主貼付票３端上に重ねられ、前記折返し片５ａの上面全面に前記補助貼付片４の裏面が貼着されてなり、且つ前記折返し片５ａの周囲はミシン目１３が形成されている。該ミシン目１３は、前記折返し片５ａの周囲と同等位置に設けられている［図６（Ｃ）及び（Ｄ）参照］。また、輸送時において、ミシン目１３箇所から外れないようにするために、図６（Ｅ）及び（Ｆ）に示すように、再剥離性粘着剤１１箇所に少しかかる位置とすることもある。また、図示しないが、前記折返し片５ａの上面に対して少しずらした位置で該折返し片５ａの略全面に前記補助貼付片４の裏面が貼着されることもある。また、前記折返し片５ａと前記補助貼付片４とが剥離層を介して貼着されることある。

ノーカーボンタイプの配送伝票として、図３に示すように、前記取扱店控票１の下面には顔料カプセルａが塗布され、前記売上票２の上面に顕色剤ｂが塗布され、前記貼付用帳票Ａの上面に顔料カプセルａと顕色剤ｂとが，且つその下面に顔料カプセルａがそれぞれ塗布され、前記配達票５の上面には顕色剤ｂが，且つその下面には顔料カプセルａがそれぞれ塗布され、前記剥離用依頼主控票６の上面に顕色剤ｂが塗布されている。このようなノーカーボンタイプの場合には、取扱者や配達人等にとって手や衣服が汚れずに作業できる。

また、図示しないが、複写カーボンタイプとして、前記取扱店控票１，売上票２，貼付用帳票Ａ及び配達票５の下面にはそれぞれ複写カーボンが塗布されており、前記貼付用帳票Ａのみが撥水性を有する合成紙より構成されている。このような構成であっても、手，衣服が汚れやすい不都合を除けば、ノーカーボンタイプの配送伝票と同様の作用をなしうる。

次に、取扱店用の配送伝票の取扱等を図１２に基づいて説明する。配送を希望する依頼人が、コンビニエンスストア又は米屋等の取扱店に荷物を持ち込んできた場合に、この配送伝票を使用する。まず、取扱店の店員は、依頼主（依頼人又は荷物送り人等）が記入した配送伝票の一番下の剥離用依頼主控票６を、依頼主から金額を受け取ったときに渡す。そして、その店員は、配送伝票の一番上側の取扱店控票１を切り取り、該取扱店控票１は店に保管する。剥がした剥離用依頼主控票６は丸まらずに平坦状をなしている。該剥離用依頼主控票６を剥がした直後に、その上の売上票２付きであって、配達票５付きの貼付用帳票Ａを荷物の表面の判り易い箇所に貼着する。

そして、荷物を全国等に発送する運送店（以下「発店」という）のドライバー等の作業者は、２枚目の売上票２，４枚目の配達票５付きの３枚目の貼付用帳票Ａを貼着した荷物を取扱店から発店に持ち帰り、この場合の一番上の位置の売上票２を発店で取り、売上げ計上するとともに保管する。そして、荷物と共に、３枚目の貼付用帳票Ａ，４枚目の配達票５は、荷物の届け先に近い箇所で、前記発店関連の運送店（以下「着店」という）に配送する。このときの配送伝票の表面側は、３枚目の撥水性を有する貼付用帳票Ａのみであり、雨水に晒されても損傷等を回避できる。配達票５付きの貼付用帳票Ａが荷物と共に配送されるがこの状態を詳述する。

極めて剥がれにくくできる利点がある。これは、前記貼付用帳票Ａの周囲は全て一枚のみであることによる。すなわち、貼付用帳票Ａは主貼付票３と補助貼付片４とからなるが、貼付用帳票Ａの周囲は僅かな幅の重合箇所を除いて全て一枚でとなって構成されている。このため、図９（Ａ）〜（Ｃ）に示すように、配送伝票付きの輸送箱等が上下が互いに擦れて移動等しても、貼付用帳票Ａに対して押圧力なる垂直力Ｗｖや、東西南北方向からの摩擦力又は剥がし外力等の水平力Ｗｈが種々作用しても極めて剥がれにくくできる。この状態では、その配達票５は内部に隠れて保護状態となっており、極めて剥がれにくくできる。前記貼付用帳票Ａは主貼付票３と補助貼付片４とからなり、重合箇所は２枚となっているが、僅かな部位であるために剥がれる心配を略解消できる。

そして、着店に配送された荷物の配送伝票の配達票５は、着店の配送用のドライバー等の作業員によって抜き取られる。この抜き取り作業が、簡易且つ迅速にできるものである。すなわち、図７（Ｂ）に示すように、前記配達票５の折返し片５ａを立ち上げることで、該折返し片５ａを撮みやすくなり、図７（Ｃ）及び（Ｄ）に示すように、ここを引っ張ることで、簡単に引き出すことができる。このようにして引き出した配達票５によって、その配達区域の配達順にトラック等の作業車に積まれる。これで、届け先宅に伺い、該届け先宅の家族等に貼付用帳票Ａ付きの荷物を届け、配達票５に届け先印を押印してもらい、配達票５を持ち帰り、この荷物を無事配送したことをコンピュータに打ち込み終了する。ここで、貼付用帳票Ａ付きの荷物を受け取った家庭又は会社等において、積み上げて一時的に保管する場合に、その荷物の上側の貼付用帳票Ａを外して荷物の正面や側面に貼りな直すことで積み上げた状態で、送り主管理を一目ですることもできる。なお、荷物を直接に発店（運送店）に持ち込んだ場合には、配送伝票の一番上側の取扱店控票１及び売上票２を発店で保管することになるのみであり、他の運送の流れは図１２と同一である。

以上のように、取扱店又は運送店或いは発店又は着店での伝票の取扱が容易にできる。すなわち、３枚目の貼付用帳票Ａの下面の再剥離性粘着剤１１に前記剥離用依頼主控票６の剥離層１２が貼着されており、その剥離紙である剥離用依頼主控票６を剥がすことで、これがそのまま依頼主の控え（請求書又は領収書）として使用できることに便利性がある。さらに、剥離層１２は再剥離性粘着剤１１に対応しており、剥がすときに力を必要としないために、その剥離用依頼主控票６の剥がす面は伸びが生ぜず、剥離層１２を塗布した剥離用依頼主控票６は丸まらないようにできる。これによって、依頼主控票として、極めて保管，取扱に便利なものとして提供できる。さらに、剥離用依頼主控票６の複写枠８の外形は，前記剥離層１２の内側形と同等又は縮小に形成されているため、剥離層１２上には複写文字は複写されない構成であり、普通紙上への複写のみとなっており、複写された文字等は確実に読み取り可能となって依頼主の控えとして十分に機能できるものである。さらに、売上票２は２番目のため、取扱店から持ち帰った荷物の一番上にあり、発店で売上計上又は保管するのに便利にできる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１の発明においては、配達票５付きの貼付用帳票Ａが荷物と共に配送されるが該貼付用帳票Ａを極めて剥がれにくくできると共に、荷物を届けた際の配達票を極めて取り出し易くでき効率の良い配達が可能である。さらに、前記貼付用帳票Ａを届け先票としても使用できるし、貼付用帳票Ａが剥離可能でダンボール箱等が再利用できる効果を奏する。

これらの効果を詳述すると、荷物のダンボール等に対して貼付用帳票Ａが剥離可能であっても、配達票５付きの貼付用帳票Ａが荷物と共に配送される該貼付用帳票Ａを極めて剥がれにくくできる。剥がすことはできるが、輸送中に十分なる貼着力を保持し、配送伝票が脱落等しないものにできる。すなわち、貼付用帳票Ａは主貼付票３と補助貼付片４とからなるが、貼付用帳票Ａの周囲は僅かな幅の重合箇所を除いて全て一枚である。特に、その東西南北方向からの摩擦，剥がし外力等に対して極めて剥がれにくくできる。この状態では、その配達票５は内部に隠れて保護状態となっており、万が一にも剥がれにくくできる最大の利点もある。これは、従来品のように、配達票の端部が外に出ている状態とは異なり、本発明が貼付される貼付用帳票Ａの外周が１枚のみということによるものである。

また、配達票５を極めて取り出し易くできる。ひいては配達効率を格段と向上させることができる等の効果を奏する。すなわち、配達票５の抜き取り作業が、簡易且つ迅速にできる。これは、前記配達票５の折返し片５ａを立ち上げることで、該折返し片５ａを撮みやすくなり、掴みやすい配達票５の折返し片５ａを引っ張ることで、簡単に引き出すことができるものである。また、前記配達票５は、前記貼付用帳票Ａ内に封入された状態となり、輸送時において紛失又は剥がれないようにできる。

さらに、前記貼付用帳票Ａを届け先票としても使用でき、且つ貼付用帳票が剥離可能でダンボール箱等が再利用できる効果を奏する。すなわち、貼付用帳票Ａは再剥離性粘着剤１１にて荷物に貼付されており、容易に剥がすことができ、これを容易に剥がせることで、従来では別に届け先票なるものが存在したが、これを省略して貼付用帳票Ａ自体を届け先票にもできるし、特に、貼付用帳票Ａを容易に剥がせることで、荷物を包んだダンボールは十分に再利用可能であり、環境保護の点でも極めて有効である。

請求項２の発明においては、請求項１において、前記貼付用帳票Ａの主貼付票３は上質紙からなり、上面に撥水層１６が塗布されてなる配送伝票としたことにより、荷物Ｐの表面となる貼付用帳票Ａは撥水層１６にて雨水に晒されても損傷のないものにできるし、配達票５は内部に封入されており、輸送時における損傷等を確実に防止できる。

請求項３の発明においては、請求項１又は２において、前記貼付用帳票Ａの主貼付票３の補助貼付片４側端辺に補強帯部１７が形成されてなる配送伝票としたことにより、配達票５を取り出すときに急激に引っ張っても、上質紙の一部に前記補強帯部１７のみを設けた存在によって、主貼付票３を破損せず補強的には十分にできる利点がある。

請求項４の発明においては、請求項１又は２において、１枚目の控票の下面には顔料カプセルａが塗布され、２枚目の帳票の上面には顕色剤ｂが塗布され、前記貼付用帳票Ａの上面に顔料カプセルａと顕色剤ｂとが，且つその下面に顔料カプセルａがそれぞれ塗布され、前記配達票５の上面には顕色剤ｂが，且つその下面には顔料カプセルａがそれぞれ塗布され、前記剥離用控票の上面に顕色剤ｂが塗布されてなる配送伝票としたことにより、該配送伝票全体がいわゆるノーカーボン紙で構成され、作業員の手や衣服等が汚れず、快適に作業できる利点がある。

請求項５の発明においては、請求項１又は２において、１枚目の控票，２枚目の帳票，貼付用帳票Ａ及び配達票５の下面にはそれぞれ複写カーボンが塗布されてなる配送伝票としたことにより、作業員の手や衣服等が汚れることがある他は、請求項１又は２と同等の効果を奏する。
