The client or trustee fills out the necessary information on a set of several copy-type slips. These written slips have their own purposes; some serve as client records, some serve as accounting ledger slips, and some serve as delivery slips for transportation, accounting, and other logistics-related departments. It becomes a slip for each administrative process.

Conventionally, one of the slips written in this manner and with the client's copy removed was attached to the goods being transported, and the others were compiled into separate slips and circulated along the transport route. In each department, the goods are used and processed one after another while being compared with the goods being transported. However, since the slips attached to the goods are transported separated from other slips, it is difficult to handle the separated slips. There were various inconvenient problems in terms of administrative processing, such as the hassle of verification, and the need to prepare a separate waybill for some tasks.

As a document for the purpose of improving this kind of inconvenience,
For example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-110097 is already known, and in this slip, a release paper is attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive coated part of the back side of a transparent film for covering and protecting the slip. This release paper becomes useless after being peeled off from the transparent film when the slip is used, resulting in a waste of material and requiring a great deal of effort to dispose of. Furthermore, release paper is generally opaque, and the slip is covered by a transparent film with this opaque release paper attached to the back, so after filling out the required information on the slip until it is attached to the package, the above The required information is blocked by the release paper and cannot be seen from outside the transparent film. Therefore, when attaching a slip to a package, in order to verify the two documents, it is necessary to turn over the transparent film and check the required information, which is extremely troublesome.

These include, for example, slips for attaching goods, freight bills, accounting ledger slips, shipping store receipts, delivery slips, arrival receipts, etc., and the number of these is determined as necessary. It is preferable that the slip for attaching the goods is placed at the top of these single pieces of slips, and the single pieces of slips are arranged one after another so as to match the moving route of the goods.

As mentioned above, the single slip piece 3a located at the top does not have perforations for tearing it off, but this means that if the single slip piece 3a is used as a slip for pasting goods, the slip for pasting together with the goods. This is because the binding part 9 and the copying slip part 11 do not need to be separated because they are transported to the destination. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, each slip piece becomes longer at one end as it is placed downward. This makes it easier to check when the slips are cut out in sequence, and it becomes easier to grasp each slip piece, making it easier to separate the slips one by one, which is preferable.

In addition, on the surface of the copying slip section 11 of each single slip, there are usually fields 19 for entering required information such as "delivery address" and "requester" at the corresponding positions when the single slips are stacked. It is formed using the printing method. On the other hand, on the back side of the copying slip part 11, back carbon is applied (not shown) at a position corresponding to the entry field 19, so that pressure-sensitive copying can be performed. As described above, without applying back carbon to the back surface of the copying slip part 11, the copying slip part 1 other than the top part is
It is also possible to apply a color developing agent to the surface of the copying slip section 11 and apply a coloring agent to the back surface of the copying slip section 11 other than the lowermost portion, so that pressure-sensitive copying can be performed.

Adhesive 2 is applied to the back side of both sides of the transparent film 7.
5 and 26 are coated, and the transparent film 7 is coated on the back side of the transparent film 7 at a position corresponding to the release agent 17 coated on the back side of the single slip piece 3f located at the bottom of the slip set 5. A release agent 27 is applied in a band shape from the upper end to the lower end, and one end of the transparent film 7 is folded to wrap around the binding part 9, and the part of the one end where the adhesive 26 is applied is used as a slip. The single piece 3f and the back surface of the transparent film 7 are temporarily attached to the release agent 17, 27 coated portions. In this embodiment, the release agent 27 was applied in a band shape from the upper end to the lower end of the back surface of the transparent film 7, but the release agent 27 was applied to the upper and lower end portions of the transparent film 7 excluding the portions that come into contact with the slip set 5. It may be applied only to In addition, mold release agent 17,
It is preferable that the coating width of the adhesive 27 is the same as or wider than the coating width of the adhesive 26 on the transparent film 7. A release agent 29 is applied to the inner side of the adhesive 25 applied to the back surface of the other side of the transparent film 7 in at least the same width as the adhesive 25, and the side part is released from the adhesive 25. It is folded so that it is in contact with the agent 29.

First, as shown in the third diagram, the transparent film 7 is turned over and the "delivery destination", address, name, etc. of the "client" are written in the entry field 19 of the slip single piece 3a located at the top. Next, as shown in the fourth figure, pinch the margin 33 at one end of the transparent film 7, peel off the area coated with the adhesive 26 from the area coated with the release agent 17, 27, and stick it to the surface of the package 35. Then, pinch the margin 31 at the other side edge of the transparent film 7 and peel off the area coated with the adhesive 25 from the area coated with the release agent 29. Then, it is attached to the single slip piece 3a located at the top of the slip set 5 and to the surface of the package 35.

As described above, the slip of the present invention is a transparent film coated with a release agent and an adhesive on the back side of a transparent film and the back side of a single piece of slip located at the bottom of the set of slips to which the transparent film is attached. Since both end portions of the transparent film are folded and the adhesive coated portion of the transparent film is temporarily attached to the release agent coated portion, there is no need to use release paper as in the conventional case. Therefore, there is no need to dispose of the release paper, and the slip can be easily attached to the package by simply peeling off the side edge of the adhesive-coated transparent film from the part where the release agent is applied. . In addition, as mentioned above, conventional slips have opaque release paper attached to the back of the transparent film, so after filling out the required information on a single piece of the slip, until it is attached to the package, the entered information will not be visible. It is blocked by the release paper and cannot be seen from outside the transparent film, but the slip of the present invention has no release paper and the slip set is covered only with the transparent film, so it can be filled out from outside the transparent film. The required information can be viewed and the slip and the package to which it should be attached can be easily verified.
