在に調節可能であるため、一旦根太材を壁または間仕切
りに固定した後もその高さを微調整することができる。 (3)さらに、本発明の根太施工法によれば、根太材は
壁または間仕切りに固定されるものであるため、人の歩
行時等の荷重付加の際の床軋み音が低減されたり、床の
沈みが低減され、特に根太材と壁または間仕切りとの間
に緩衝材を配設することによってこの軋み音をさらに低
減することができる。また、床衝撃音、振動の壁からの
伝播を遮断、緩衝することができる。
