For example, dyeing solution,
In order to continuously impregnate a moving fabric with a treatment liquid such as a resin liquid, for example, a fabric guide roll is positioned in a container filled with the treatment liquid, and the fabric guided by the fabric guide roll is placed inside the container. There is a liquid impregnation device in which the liquid is immersed in the processing liquid inside the container, and then the liquid content is adjusted to a predetermined level using a squeezing roll. Since there is a fairly large gap between the two, it is impossible to apply the treatment liquid to the fabric without leaving it in the container, and there is the inconvenience that residual liquid remains in the container when the treatment application to the fabric is completed. be.

That is, in the conventional processing liquid impregnation apparatus described above, 20 to 30 residual liquids are generated in one container,
Such processing liquid is very expensive, for example, 1
If it costs about 500 yen per bottle, there will be residual liquid worth 10,000 to 15,000 yen. Furthermore, since it is impossible to reuse the residual liquid after disposal, a large amount of processing liquid costs are wasted, and moreover, the large amount of residual liquid is a problem.

Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the present inventor created a liquid container having a bottom surface with a U-shaped cross section formed with a constant radius, and a liquid container that is close to the U-shaped curved surface of the liquid container by keeping a gap of several mm. We have proposed a liquid application device for impregnating a fabric with a treatment liquid, which is characterized by having a fabric guide roll formed on the outer diameter of the fabric. If the amount is reduced, the time the fabric is immersed in the liquid will be shortened, and the liquid pressure will also be lowered, so there is a disadvantage that a sufficient amount of liquid will not penetrate and the liquid will be impregnated unevenly, especially for thick fabrics. In some cases, its shortcomings were clearly visible.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and in order to make it possible to uniformly and continuously impregnate various types of fabrics with different thicknesses with a predetermined liquid, a liquid tank is used. A turbulent flow or eddy flow is generated in the liquid in the container as the fabric moves, and this turbulence can increase the penetration rate of the liquid into the fabric, and most of the liquid in the container is To provide a device for impregnating a fabric with a liquid in which the liquid is not impregnated into the fabric and no residual liquid is generated.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a lower frame of the liquid tank having a substantially V-shaped side surface, and 2 an upper frame of the liquid tank installed opposite to the lower frame 1 of the liquid tank. A liquid tank 3 formed in a substantially V-shaped passage is configured. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the lower frame 1 and the upper frame 2 are formed with wave-shaped wall surfaces 1' and 2' that are uneven in the direction of transport of the fabric 4, and the lower frame 1 and the upper frame 2 allow the fabric 4 to It is formed into a gourd-shaped passage 5 that continues in the direction of transport. The passage gap at the narrowest part of the passage 5 is preferably around 2 mm when the fabric 4 is as thick as a normal dress shirt fabric, but the gap between the upper frame and the lower frame is adjusted according to the thickness of the fabric 4. At least either the upper frame 2 or the lower frame 1 is configured to be movable in order to make it easier to clean the inside of the passage 5 every time the liquid is changed. 6 is a fabric introduction port of the passage 5, and 7 is a fabric introduction port, and the fabric introduction port 6 is provided with a liquid replenishment nozzle 8 for sequentially supplying the processing liquid into the passage 5. The outlet 7 is provided with a pipe 9 for returning the liquid overflowing from the fabric outlet 7 to the fabric inlet 6. 10 is a squeeze roll, and 11 is a fabric guide roll.

The structure of this embodiment has been described above. Next, we will discuss its operation. The fabric 4 is passed through the passage 5, and then a predetermined liquid is supplied into the passage 5 from the liquid replenishment nozzle 8 to the extent that the fabric absorbs it and does not overflow. Supply sequentially. Then, when the fabric 4 is transferred, the fabric 4 moves through the liquid filling the passage 5,
The fabric 4 is impregnated with liquid, but the passage 5 through which the fabric 4 is transferred is formed alternately with narrow areas (narrow area) and areas with wide gaps (wide area). 4, a vortex is generated in the liquid in the passage 5, and the liquid pressure that moves with the fabric from the wide area to the narrow area is increased by the narrow area,
This liquid pressure forces the liquid into the inner core of the fabric.

Since the fabric 4 passing through the passage 5 is repeatedly subjected to the eddy current and liquid pressure, the processing liquid is impregnated uniformly over the entire surface of the fabric and even into the inner core of the fabric. There is. In addition, if the vortex generated in the passage 5 is weak due to the transfer force of the fabric alone, as shown in Fig. 2, air injection nozzles, liquid injection, etc. A generating means 12 such as a nozzle or a rotating bar may be provided. In the above embodiment, the passage 5 is formed in a V-shape on the side, but this is not limited to the V-shape, and may be in a U-shape, for example. Furthermore, although the wide area and narrow area of the passage 5 are formed into a substantially cylindrical shape, the shape is not limited to this as long as the shape can generate vortices or turbulence.

As described above, the present invention forms a fabric passage that is long in the fabric transport direction, and has a fabric moving force that causes the processing liquid filled in the passage to move in the passage on both the upper and lower wall surfaces of the passage. This is an apparatus for impregnating a fabric with a liquid, which is capable of generating a vortex or turbulent flow following the flow of the fabric, and is characterized in that the passageway is formed with unevenness that alternately forms wide areas and narrow areas.

Therefore, according to this device, a vortex (turbulent flow) is generated in the processing liquid supplied into the passage due to the liquid flow action and the transfer action of the fabric moving inside the passage.
This vortex action promotes uniform application and permeability of the treatment liquid over the entire surface of the fabric, and when the fabric moves from a wide area to a narrow area, the treatment liquid that follows the fabric and transfers to the inner core of the fabric. This has the effect of effectively and reliably applying the liquid to the inner core of the fabric.

In addition, the volume of the passage 5 is made as small as possible, and the amount of liquid supplied is adjusted so that most of the liquid supplied into the passage is absorbed into the fabric. The amount of liquid is small, eliminating wasted liquid when replacing the liquid, and has the effect of eliminating waste liquid pollution.
