However, in the conventional example described above, since the stair components are individually attached to the wall, the installation work is complicated and there is a problem that it takes one to two days to construct the stairs. Therefore, even after the structure is formed, until the stairs are constructed, it is necessary to hang a temporary ladder in the stairway or erect scaffolding on the outside of the building when going up and down between the first and second floors. However, those that use temporary ladders are dangerous because the footing is unstable, and those that use scaffolding require time to work because they must be outside the building. This causes the inconvenience of wasted information.

The present invention aims to unitize the stairs, which were conventionally individually attached to the wall of the stairwell, consisting of the treads, support plates on both sides of the treads, etc. It is constructed so that the dimensions between the boards are shorter than the dimensions between the walls of the stairwell, making it easier to attach the stairs to the stairwell. A stair unit is constructed by including a support plate that supports the staircase unit, and the dimension between the support plates of the stair unit is formed to be shorter than the dimension between the walls of the stairway to which the stair unit is attached, and the support plate and the wall are A receiving member is interposed between the upper edge side of the support plate and the wall to form a space between the upper edge side of the support plate and the wall for accommodating the end of the face material to be applied to the wall, and a receiving member fixed to the wall. It receives the lower edge of the support plate.

In the present invention configured as described above, the stair unit is assembled in advance from a plurality of steps, support plates, etc. in a factory or the like. During this assembly, the dimension between the support plates (width dimension of the staircase) is made shorter than the dimension between the walls of the staircase to which the staircase unit is to be installed.

In addition, by interposing a support beam between the wall and the wall, a gap is formed to accommodate the end of the panel to be applied to the wall, and the panel is accommodated in the gap. By doing this, we can improve the appearance by processing the edges of the facing material, and also avoid cracking of the facing material due to the load that would occur if the staircase unit was fixed to the wall through this facing material. It spans the second floor panel 2A and the first floor. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this stair unit 3 includes a plurality of treads 4, side beams 5 as support plates that support both sides of these treads 4, and these treads 4.
It is composed of a recessed plate 6 that closes the gap.
The stepped plate 4 is fitted into a tapered groove 5A formed inside the side beam 5, and is fixed from the outside with nails, fixing screws, etc. Between the lower wall of the tapered groove 5A and the lower surface of the stepped plate 4, the stepped plate 4 is inserted into the tapered groove 5.
A wedge member 7 fixed to the upper wall of A is fitted.
The recessed plate 6 has both sides aligned with the grooves 5B on both inner sides of the stringer 5, and its upper side aligned with the grooves 4A on the lower surface of the step plate 4.
The lower part thereof is arranged below the step board 4 and fixed to the back surface of the step board 4 or the surface of the recessed board support material 8 by means of screws (not shown).

Immediately after finishing laying, the two stringer supports 9 are placed facing each other at predetermined locations on the wall 1, and then the stair unit 3 is lowered from the top of the stairway 1, and the support members for the stringer supports 9 are placed. The bottom surface of the stringer of the stair unit 3 is brought into close contact with the top surface of the stairway unit 11. After this close contact, a gypsum board 12 is interposed between the stair unit 3 and the wall 1, and the stringer 5 is inserted from the inside of the stair unit 3 into the wall 1.
Fixed to. This fixation uses fixing screws,
By screwing in this screw, the wall 1 made of the wooden panel is drawn into the stair unit 3 side, and no gap is created between the stair unit 3 and the wall 1.

性を向上できる。 According to this embodiment, the step plate 4, the stringer 5
The stairs are assembled into a unit by assembling the stairway board 6, and the dimension L between the stringers of this stairway unit 3 is determined.
Since it is formed to be shorter than the dimension S between the walls of the stairway 2, the stairs can be easily attached to the stairway 2, and the construction time of the stairs can be shortened. Specifically, the construction of stairs, which conventionally took 1 to 2 days, can now be completed in 20 hours by two people.
This can be done in about a minute. Moreover, since the step plates 4, stringers 5, etc., which are the constituent members of the stair unit 3, can be processed and assembled in a factory, the quality accuracy of the stair unit 3 is improved. Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the stair unit 3 is housed in the stairwell 1, the stringer supports 9 are used, so that the mounting accuracy is improved and safety can be ensured. Furthermore, since the gypsum board 12 is interposed between the stringer 5 of the stair unit 3 and the wall 1, the space between them will not be blocked and the appearance will not be spoiled, and fire protection can be improved. .

Further, unlike the stringer support member 9, the support beam 10 and the support member 11 do not need to be integrated, and in short, any structure is sufficient as long as the stair unit 3 is fixed to the wall 1 via the support beam 10 and the support member 11.

According to the present invention as described above, by making the stairs into units and making the width dimension of the unitized stairs smaller than the wall-to-wall dimension of the stairwell,
It can be easily installed in a staircase, and the support beam and support member can protect the wall surface material, which has the effect of further shortening the construction time of the stairs.
