2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a thermosetting resin decorative plate having an uneven pattern on its surface, one having an uneven pattern formed by an embossing die or a resin uneven plate, and one having a patterning sheet Has been formed (Japanese Patent Fair 2-
38398). However, when an embossing die having a fine uneven pattern formed on the surface by etching, sandblasting, engraving, or the like is used, when the thermosetting resin decorative board is manufactured, the number of steps corresponding to the number of steps of the multi-step pressing machine is high. Templates and spare templates are required, which adds to the cost burden. Further, since it is necessary to replace the template at the time of changing the pattern, the manufacturing cost is greatly increased and the product becomes expensive. Further, in the case of a resin uneven plate, it is necessary to sandwich an aluminum foil, a polypropylene film, or the like between the thermosetting resin decorative plate and the template so that the resin and the thermosetting resin decorative plate are difficult to peel off after the resin is cured. It is very difficult to form a sharp pattern.

Even if a shaping sheet is used, it is difficult to form a fine uneven pattern by the existing technique. For example, a thermosetting resin is used to form a fine uneven pattern on a thermoplastic resin film. Even if an attempt is made to manufacture a decorative resin decorative plate, the heat resistance and pressure resistance are inferior to the heat pressure during the manufacture of the decorative plate, so that the uneven pattern cannot be retained and the surface unevenness disappears. In addition, after forming a heat-resistant resin layer on the substrate sheet, using a patterning sheet provided with a fine uneven pattern on the heat-resistant resin layer, after molding the fine uneven pattern on the decorative plate by heat and pressure, When peeling off the shaping sheet,
The peeling becomes heavy, and the problem that the resin on the shaped sheet peels off and adheres to the decorative plate tends to occur.

The thermoplastic resin layer (2b) reproduces an uneven pattern on the surface of the embossed film (1) by softening the surface of the layer and softens it when superposed on the embossed film (1). It is necessary to be able to accurately and accurately reproduce such uneven patterns and to maintain the uneven shape when manufacturing a decorative board. That is, as long as the heat resistance and pressure resistance exceed the hot-pressing conditions at the time of molding a decorative sheet, there is no problem in retaining the uneven shape, and the heat resistance can retain the shape even if it is lower than the maximum temperature at the time of manufacturing the decorative sheet. In some cases. For example, in the method of pressurizing at room temperature and gradually heating, such as when manufacturing a high-pressure melamine resin decorative board, if the melamine resin hardens before the heat resistance limit (for maintaining the irregular shape) of the synthetic resin, the surface A melamine resin decorative board having a retained shape is obtained. For example, as the thermoplastic resin, polymethylpentene resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, or the like can be used.

Next, the surface of the shaped sheet (3) is used for producing a decorative plate requiring heat and pressure, such as a thermosetting resin decorative plate such as a melamine resin decorative plate or a diallyl phthalate resin decorative plate. By superimposing it on, a fine uneven pattern is transferred to the surface of the thermosetting resin decorative plate. Figure 2
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a laminated structure in a press for producing a high-pressure melamine resin decorative board. That is, in FIG. 2, the following materials are sequentially stacked from the bottom between the upper and lower heat plates (10, 10), the heat-resistant cushion sheets (9, 9), and the mirror surface plates (8, 8). (7) is a backer paper having a basis weight of 55-55.
Melting resin of 40 to 10 on 160g / m 2 titanium paper
It is impregnated paper which is impregnated with 0% and dried, and plays a role of preventing the warp of the decorative board. (6) is a core paper as a base material of a melamine resin decorative board, which is obtained by impregnating a paper having a basis weight of 140 to 180 g / m 2 with a phenol resin in an amount of 30 to 100% and drying. The core paper (6) determines the thickness of the melamine resin decorative board, and may be used by stacking several sheets. The resin-impregnated titanium paper (5) is obtained by printing a pattern on titanium paper, impregnating it with 40 to 100% of a melamine resin, and drying it. Incidentally, when the above-mentioned titanium paper is impregnated with a melamine resin, a silicone resin or a fluorine resin as a release agent is added to the melamine resin, or one of a fluorine resin dispersion is added and mixed. is there. However, when the overlay paper (4) described later is used, it is not necessary to add and mix a release agent. The overlay paper (4) is made of rayon pulp or nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 25 to 45 g / m 2 and 40% to 300% of melamine resin.
It is impregnated and dried transparent resin-impregnated paper. A silicone resin, a fluororesin, or a fluororesin dispersion is added and mixed into the melamine resin as a release agent. In addition, this overlay paper has few problems in the structure of the decorative plate even if it is not used. After stacking in this state (see FIG. 3), it is heated and pressed, and the maximum temperature is 140 ° C. to 150 ° C. and the pressure is 60 kgf / cm 2 to 10
After heat and pressure molding at 0 kgf / cm 2 for 15 to 30 minutes, the overlay paper (4) is replaced with the backer paper (7) by cooling with pressure for 14 to 60 minutes.
When the resin between them is cured and the patterning sheet (3) is peeled off, an integrated melamine resin decorative board can be obtained. At this time, the shaped sheet (3) can be easily peeled off from the melamine resin decorative board.

High Pressure Melamine Resin Decorative Plate FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a laminated structure of the high pressure melamine resin decorative plate according to one embodiment. The melamine decorative board is impregnated with a melamine resin impregnated by printing a stripe pattern on a lower heat plate, a heat-resistant cushion sheet, a mirror surface plate, backer paper, four core papers, and a titanium paper with a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 in order. Paper (3% of a silicone resin was added as a release agent) was laminated, and the above-mentioned shaping sheet, mirror surface plate, and heat-resistant cushion sheet were further laminated, and heated and pressed by the upper and lower hot plates.
The maximum temperature is 145 ° C and the pressure is 80 kg / cm 2 for 30
After that, the melamine resin decorative board was taken out by cooling with cold water for 40 minutes while keeping the pressure applied. Next, when the patterning sheet was peeled off, the patterning sheet peeled off without any problem, and had a striped pattern obtained by reversing the fine uneven pattern of the patterning sheet (3), and further had a stripe pattern printed on the lower layer, which was a highly effective design effect. A veneer was obtained. The fine concavo-convex pattern is not limited to that of the present embodiment, and any one of a geometric pattern, a hairline, a satin finish, etc. can be selected.

EFFECT OF THE INVENTION Since the present invention has the above-mentioned constitution, a patterning sheet having a fine (depth 1 μm to 60 μm) uneven pattern on the surface is obtained, and by using the patterning sheet, reflection of light can be achieved. A three-dimensional effect appears depending on the direction, and it is possible to obtain a decorative plate having a fine concavo-convex pattern with excellent visual effects. In addition, since a release agent is added in the thermoplastic resin of the shaping sheet and the resin of the melamine resin-impregnated paper based on titanium paper or the resin of the overlay paper, the decorative board was heat-pressed and molded. After that, the shaped sheet can be easily peeled off. As a result, the shaped sheet is less likely to be scratched and can be used repeatedly 5 times or more.
