However, in such a conventional membrane filtration device, as shown in FIG. 4 or 5, for example, the filtration residue attached to the surface of the hollow fiber membrane 2 is stirred or stirred. When trying to wash it off by the air diffuser, the hollow fiber membrane 2 is shaken by the strong flow of the treatment liquid, and the fixing portion 3
There is a problem that stress concentrates on the attachment portions for a and 3b and is easily broken. Alternatively, a filter having a configuration in which the entire hollow fiber membrane is housed in a casing is conceivable, but in this case as well, there was a similar problem that the stress repeatedly concentrates at the root of the hollow fiber membrane and is easily broken. . Therefore, an object of the present invention is to prevent stress from being concentrated on a part of the hollow fiber membrane even when there is a flow or vibration of the treatment liquid around the hollow fiber membrane, thereby eliminating the conventional fragile defect. It is to provide a membrane filtration device having a configuration.

Since the communicating portion with respect to the inner space of the hollow fiber membrane is formed in the fixed portion, by connecting this communicating portion to the suction pump and keeping the negative pressure, the inner space of each hollow fiber membrane is negatively pressured. While being able to carry out suction filtration of the treatment liquid while maintaining
For example, when a long support is provided between a pair of fixing parts for fixing both ends of the hollow fiber membrane, and the hollow fiber membrane is wound around the support, the hollow fiber membranes are also arranged in the longitudinal middle portion. It is supported by the elongated body. As a result, even if the hollow fiber membrane receives a force due to the flow of the treatment liquid, it is possible to prevent stress from concentrating on the attachment portions with respect to the fixing portions at both ends, and to prevent damage. It should be noted that the hollow fiber membrane may be arranged only along the elongated body in parallel with the longitudinal direction thereof. However, in this configuration, the hollow fiber membrane moves or vibrates under the influence of the water flow at the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. It is not possible to prevent it from happening, and stress is concentrated at both ends as well.
If, for example, the central portion of the hollow fiber membrane in the longitudinal direction is clamped on the support in order to prevent this, stress concentrates on the clamped portion, and the drawback that it is easily broken cannot be eliminated. According to the arrangement in which the hollow fiber membrane is wound around the support of the present application,
The hollow fiber membrane can be easily fixed to the support without using a clamp, and the breakage can be effectively prevented.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a columnar support 4 is provided between a pair of rectangular plate-like fixing portions 3a and 3b for fixing both ends of a large number of hollow fiber membranes 2, and the hollow support is provided in the support 4. The membrane filtration device 1 is configured by arranging the fiber membrane 2 in a wound state and forming the communicating portion 5 with respect to the internal space of the hollow fiber membrane 2 on one fixing portion 3a. The hollow fiber membrane 2
Is a polyethylene tube with an outer diameter of 2 mm.
It has an infinite number of pores of 0.2 μm. This membrane filtration device 1 is placed in the treatment liquid of the contact aeration tank E of the septic tank as shown in FIG.
It is possible to completely prevent the floating suspension from being discharged by immersing as shown in Fig. 3 and suction filtering, and the treatment liquid in the tank is constantly stirred by the air diffusion from the air diffuser D. Nevertheless, the problem of breakage of the hollow fiber membrane in the conventional membrane filtration device could be solved. In the figure, P is a suction filtration pump, and B is a blower for supplying diffused air. The membrane filtration apparatus 1 can also perform back pressure washing in which water or air is passed through the hollow fiber membrane 2 in the opposite direction to that during normal filtration without damaging the hollow fiber membrane. The support body 4 is provided with respect to the pair of fixing portions 3a and 3b.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of lines may be provided. In addition, the above-mentioned membrane filtration device is housed in a closed casing, which is placed outside the contact aeration tank E, for example,
You may make it the structure which can filter the process liquid of a contact aeration tank.
