<<Prior art>> Generally, when adding a date or serial number to the surface of an object to be imprinted, it is necessary to use ink or the like to transfer the ink onto the object to print, or to print a label with predetermined information printed on it. There are various means, such as a method by pasting it on the object to be stamped.

One of these is a stamping device that uses a metal stamp without using ink or the like, and presses the stamp onto the object to be stamped to form unevenness on the surface and stamp dates, manufacturing numbers, etc. There is. This device has the advantage that the structure of the device is simple and inexpensive compared to printing, labeling, etc., and the imprinting can be done easily.

≪Problems to be Solved by the Invention≫ However, this stamping device simply presses a large number of stamps on which dates and the like are engraved onto an object to be stamped, and uses the pressure to form unevenness on the surface of the object to be stamped. Therefore, a relatively strong force is applied to the object to be marked. When the object to be stamped is flat and a receiving plate is arranged on the opposite side of the stamp, and the object to be stamped is pressed between the stamp and the receiver plate, only the part of the object to be stamped that comes into contact with the stamp is dented. However, if the object to be stamped is a hollow cylindrical paper tube and the receiving plate cannot be inserted inside the paper tube, the paper tube itself may be crushed by the pressure of the stamp. There is a risk that the product will be deformed and will not be able to elastically return to its original shape, resulting in defective products. In addition, although the stamp is not crushed, the periphery of the stamp may be dented or wrinkled. And this problem also occurs in non-hollow objects.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, this invention
A stamping device that presses and stamps a stamp on an object to be stamped made of paper includes a support body having a mounting recess formed on the front surface and a guide hole extending from the top end side to the mounting recess, and a distal end thereof. A plurality of marking members are formed with numbers, letters, etc. printed on the mounting recess, and the marking members are removably installed side by side in the mounting recess and are slidable in the front and rear directions, and the marking member is removably inserted into the guide hole. a holder that engages with the member; and a heating means that is disposed within the support and heats the paper to be stamped via the marking member to a temperature that is sufficient to soften the paper that is to be stamped and that does not cause the paper to burn. , an elastic means that always urges the marking member forward within the support, and a pressing means that is linked to the rear of the support and moves the support back and forth with respect to the object to be stamped. .

<<Operation>> According to the marking device having the above configuration, the marking member is preheated by the heating means. This heating temperature is sufficient to soften the paper that is to be printed, but at a temperature that does not cause the paper to burn. Next, drive the pressing means to move the support body toward the object to be imprinted,
After the tip of the marking member comes into contact with the object to be marked, the pressing means is further moved by a predetermined amount toward the object to be marked and then stopped. At this time, the stamping member is slightly retreated into the support body against the elastic means and is pressed against the object to be stamped by the reaction force of the elastic means, so that the tip of the stamping member touches the surface of the object to be stamped. The part is softened by the heat of the marking member and easily deforms. Therefore, by simply pressing the marking member against the object to be marked with a relatively small pressing force, a clean mark can be made.

When it becomes necessary to change the printing, etc. to be stamped, the holder is removed from the support, the stamping member is taken out from the support, a new stamping member is inserted or combined to create the desired printing pattern, and the holder is placed inside the support again. The marking member can be placed in a predetermined position by inserting it into the marking member.

The stamping member 2 has characters such as a date and a serial number formed on its tip 2a, and a flange portion is formed on its rear end 2b. A large number of the stamping members 2 are removably inserted in a row in a recessed mounting recess 3a formed on the front surface of the support 3, and in the inserted state, the tip 2a of the stamping member 2 on which characters, etc. are formed is supported. It is designed to protrude from the tip of the body 3.

Further, a guide hole 3b is bored in the support body 3 from the top end side toward the mounting recess 3a and communicating with the guide hole 3b, and a holder 5 fixedly supports the stamping member 2 inserted into the mounting recess 3a. is adapted to be removably inserted into this guide hole 3b.

When the holder 5 is inserted into the guide hole 3b and supported, the brim-shaped rear end 2b of the marking member 2 engages with the holder 5. Therefore, the stamping member 2 is prevented from moving toward the stamped object 1 by the holder 5, and cannot be removed from the support body. On the other hand, a space is formed at the rear of the marking member 2, so that the marking member can freely slide rearward. Further, by removing the holder 5 from the support body 3, the marking member 2 can be replaced as appropriate, and the date and serial number can be changed freely.

An insertion hole 10 for the heating means 9 is provided inside the support 3 near the rod 7.
A heating means 9 such as an electric heater is provided at the holder 9 so that the marking member 2 can be heated via the rod 7. Furthermore, a thermostat 11 is attached near the tip of the rod 7 to detect the temperature of the rod 7 and the stamping member 2 and to maintain the temperature of the stamping member 2 at an appropriate value. Specifically, in this embodiment, the thermostat 1 is set so that the temperature of the tip 2a of the marking member 2 is 250°C±10°C.

On the other hand, the pressing means 4 has a support 3 connected to its rod portion 4a, and presses the support 3 onto the object to be stamped using an air cylinder or the like connected to the rear end of the rod portion 4a.
It is designed to be able to move forward and backward (reciprocating movement between the position shown by the solid line and the position shown by the two-dot chain line). The reciprocating stroke of the support 3 by the pressing means 4 produces a pressing force of about 3 to 5 kg/cm 2 on the tip 2a of the marking member 2 due to the spring force of the elastic member 8 disposed within the support 3. It is set as follows. In this embodiment, the pressing means 4 and the elastic material 8 are configured to press the marking member 2 against the object 1 to be marked with a predetermined pressure.

Next, to explain the operation of this embodiment, the support 3 is moved backward by the pressing means 4, and the tip 2a of the marking member 2 provided on the support 3 is separated from the surface of the object 1 to be stamped. From this state (the position shown by the solid line), the pressing means 4 is activated to move the support 3 forward and bring the tip 2a of the marking member 2 into contact with the surface of the object 1 to be stamped (the position shown by the two-dot chain line). Then, the surface of the object 1 to be stamped that is in contact with the stamping member 2 is heated and softened by the heat of the stamping member 2 that has been heated in advance. Then, when the support body 3 is moved forward by continuing to drive the pressing means 4 in this state, the stamping member 2 receives a reaction force from the object 1 to be stamped, and the elastic member 8 connected to the rear end of the stamping member 2 is urged in the direction of compression, and the marking member 2 moves backward relative to the support 3. Then, due to the elastic restoring force of the compressed and deformed elastic material 8, the marking member 2 is pressed against the object 1 to be marked with a predetermined pressing force.

At this time, since the surface of the object 1 to be marked is softened as described above, the mark can be printed even with a relatively small pressing force. Therefore, since only a small pressing force is applied to the stamped object 1, the area around the stamped area will not be dented or wrinkled.

<<Effects of the Invention>> As described above in the embodiments, according to the stamping device according to the present invention, the stamping member is heated to a predetermined temperature by the heating means, and the stamping member is heated by the pressing means and the elastic means. Since it is pressed against the object to be marked by the action, it is possible to perform the seal with a relatively small force, and it is also possible to make a clear mark without denting or wrinkles on the object to be marked.

In addition, by removing the holder from the support, the marking member can be easily taken out from the support and replaced as appropriate. After replacement, the marking member can be removed from the support by inserting the holder into the guide hole of the support again. This makes it extremely easy to replace and install the marking member.
