方法に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a method of printing on surface fasteners,
More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of printing on the surface of the base fabric on the side of the engagement protrusions of a hook-and-loop fastener in which engagement protrusions are embedded in the base fabric at predetermined intervals.

た。 The engaging protrusion of the hook-and-loop fastener is formed in the shape of a loop or a hook, and is planted so as to protrude from one base fabric surface of the hook-and-loop fastener. Printing on this base cloth surface has been considered impossible because the engaging protrusions protrude and get in the way.

問題点もあつた。 In other words, printing is performed by pressing the printing plate against the printing material and adhering the printing ink to the printing material, so when the printing plate is pressed against the base fabric surface of the hook-and-loop fastener, the engagement protrusion is pushed down, causing the hook-and-loop fastener to engage. There was a problem that the resultant force decreased. Furthermore, even if the printing plate does not push down the engagement protrusion, if the printing ink adheres to the engagement protrusion, the engagement protrusion may move due to its flexibility, and if you change your line of sight, the relative position to the base fabric surface may change. Because of the movement, there was also the problem that the printed pattern became unclear.

We focused on the combination with a printing base material to which printing ink does not adhere.

This was used to reduce the amount of printing ink adhering to the engagement protrusion.

We have come up with the idea of using, for example, a metal letterpress stamping plate, which has convex portions that form a printing pattern consisting of lines or dots with a width narrower than the spacing between the mating protrusions.

Even if a contacts the engagement protrusion 11, the flexibility of the engagement protrusion 11 allows the engagement protrusion 11 to escape as shown by the dotted line in FIG. Even if the engaging protrusions 11 are pressed all the way to the end and are transferred and printed, only that one row of engaging protrusions 11 will remain, and this will not substantially reduce the engaging force of the surface fastener. At this time, if the width of the engagement protrusions 11 is wider than the planting interval P, at least two or more rows of engagement protrusions will be pushed down during printing (during heating and pressurization).
Not only is there a risk of reducing the engagement force of the hook-and-loop fastener, but also the printed lines become unclear and illegible due to the unevenness of the engagement protrusions.
Generally speaking, in printing, it is decided that thicker lines are easier to read, but when printing on the base fabric of hook-and-loop fasteners, contrary to this common sense, it is easier to read lines if they are thinner than the spacing between the engagement protrusions. It is. Also,
In the present invention, since the printing base material 20 is transferred to the printing material by heating and pressurizing without using liquid ink, when the convex part 30a of the convex press 30 presses downward, the print is pressed down by the convex part 30a. Base material 2
0 simply comes into contact with the engagement protrusion 11, the coloring agent 22 of the printing base material 20 will not adhere to the engagement protrusion 11.

することを特徴とする方法である。 As described above, the method of printing on a surface fastener according to the present invention involves placing the engaging protrusions 11 on the base fabric 1 at a predetermined interval P.
The printing base material 20, which is coated with a coloring agent 22 on the base film 21 and the printing ink does not adhere to it only by contact, is placed on the engaging protrusion 11 side of the surface fastener 10 implanted in the surface fastener 2, and the surface fastener 10 is A method characterized by transferring the coloring agent 22 to the hook-and-loop fastener base fabric 12 by heating and pressurizing it with a convex press plate 30 having a printing pattern composed of lines or dots with a width narrower than the planting interval P of the mating protrusions 11.
