覆体5の軸芯方向に略直交する方向に向けたとき
に被覆体5に当接して支持する被覆体支持部4を
突設してあるから、この被覆体支持部4を被覆管
体のような被覆体5に当接支持させることで、切
刃2と被覆体5との角度を略一定に保つことがで
き、切刃2にて被覆体5をその周方向に安定的に
切断を行うことができ、特に本考案においては、
切刃2を被覆体5の軸芯方向に略平行に向けたと
きに被覆管体のような被覆体5の周方向における
一部分を入り込ませ得る凹部6を被覆体支持部4
に形成することによつて、被覆体5の周方向にお
ける一部分を凹部6に入り込ませることで、切刃
2を被覆体5の軸芯方向に安定的に移行させるこ
とができ、被覆体5の軸芯方向の切断も容易確実
に行うことができるようにしたものである。
