Claims (1)

前記帯状部8と反対側に設けられた第二の係止部
11と、前記第一の係止部9と前記第二の係止部
11との間に設けられた、偏平で前記帯状部8よ
り幅が狭く切断可能な接続部10と、前記第二の
係止部11に関し前記接続部10と反対側に設け
られ、所望の支持体に取り付けられる基部12と
を合成樹脂で一体成形してなり、前記帯状部8
は、鋸歯状突起13を多数有し、 前記第一の係止部9は、前記帯状部8を挿通可
能な第一の帯状部挿通孔15と、この第一の帯状
部挿通孔15の内面に設けられ、同挿通孔15に
前記帯状部8が挿通された場合、前記帯状部8が
同挿通孔15の入口側から出口側に向かつて進行
するのは許すが、逆方向に進行するのは許さない
ように前記鋸歯状突起13にかみ合う第一の係止
突起16とを有し、 前記第二の係止部11は、前記帯状部8を挿通
可能な第二の帯状部挿通孔17と、3方を自由端
とされ、一端においてのみ前記第二の帯状部挿通
孔17の近傍にて該第二の係止部11の他の部分
に連続する係止片18と、この係止片18と該第
二の係止部11の他の部分との間に設けられた溝
