Claims (1)
- 吸着剤による酸素富化装置、該酸素富化装置か
ら得られる酸素富化空気が供給されるオゾン発生
器、該オゾン発生器で得られるオゾン含有空気を
水に溶解するオゾン溶解槽及び前記酸素富化装置
から排出された炭酸ガス富化空気を該オゾン溶解
槽に供給する配管よりなることを特徴とする高濃
度オゾン水製造装置。
