A door body plate having a rectangular overall shape, a door inner plate placed on a predetermined surface of the door body plate and welded thereto, and a door inner plate welded to two adjacent corners of the door body plate and each having a shaft inserted therein. A hinge plate having a hole formed therein and pivotally installed on the microwave oven main body via a shaft passing through each of the shaft insertion holes of the hinge plate, wherein the hinge plate is connected to the door main body plate through the shaft through the shaft insertion hole. Consisting of a main plate part welded to a plate part substantially parallel to a predetermined surface part, and two pieces extending from the main plate part in an angular relationship substantially orthogonal to each other and having the shaft insertion hole on one side. A door for a microwave oven, characterized in that a fitting recess for positioning the main plate part to the substantially parallel plate part is formed at the extending end of each of the pieces.
