Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 切削屑の搬送手段を有する搬送領域と、切削屑
のせん断手段を有するせん断領域とにより構成さ
れる金属切削屑のせん断処理装置において、 この装置が、円筒形のケーシングと、このケー
シング内の中心軸上に配された回転軸と、この回
転軸の基端側の搬送領域に形成され切削屑を回転
軸の先端方向に送るスクリユーと、回転軸の先端
側のせん断領域に径外方向へ突設されたせん断刃
と、ケーシング内周面に径外方向に突設された固
定刃と、ケーシングに形成された排出口とを備え
、 スクリユーが、その外周先端に刃部を有し、 固定刃が、搬送領域内の切削屑をスクリユーの
刃部とで荒せん断する荒せん断用固定刃と、せん
断領域内に送られてきた切削屑をせん断刃とでせ
ん断するせん断用固定刃とを有してなるものであ
ることを特徴とする金属切削屑のせん断処理装置
