Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 切削屑の搬送手段を有する搬送領域と、切削
屑のせん断手段を有するせん断領域とにより構成
される金属切削屑のせん断処理装置において、こ
の装置が、円筒形のケーシングと、ケーシング内
の中心軸上に配された回転軸と、回転軸の基端側
の搬送領域に形成され切削屑を先端方向に送るス
クリユーと、回転軸の先端側のせん断領域に径外
方向へ突設されたせん断刃と、ケーシング内周面
のせん断刃と対応する位置から径内方向へ突設さ
れた固定刃と、ケーシングに形成された排出口と
を備えたものであることを特徴とする金属切削屑
のせん断処理装置。 ２ ケーシングの先端面が閉じられ、ケーシング
の周面に排出口が形成され、ケーシング先端面か
らせん断刃までの距離がケーシング先端面がら固
定刃までの距離と略等しく且つケーシング先端面
から排出口までの距離より小さく、加えて、せん
断領域内に切削屑を基端方向に送る逆送手段が設
けられたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の金属切
削屑のせん断処理装置。
