されて成る冷凍魚体に対し、脊椎骨に対応する範囲に間
隙をあけて成る一対の円盤状の割込刃を、冷凍魚体にお
ける一方の端部側から冷凍魚体における溝状にえぐられ
た背びれ部、腹びれ部の除去溝部にあてがった後、割込
刃が回転しながら反対側に押し込まれるべく、冷凍魚体
または割込刃のいずれか一方または双方を移動させ、魚
体を割る方法において、前記一対の割込刃のうち少なく
とも魚体腹巣部側の割込刃は外周側の一部に切欠部を有
するものを適用したことを特徴とする冷凍魚体の縦割方
法。
