Dry tissue paper for cleaning, which is made by soaking and drying an odor-reducing agent and is wetted with water before use (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 63-63419), liquid paraffin, and cetyl alcohol. , Hemorrhoid skin cleaning paper products coated with a mixture of one or more types of stearyl alcohol and a softening oil by spraying or roll coating (
JP-A No. 62-87117), oil adsorbent particles,
A composition containing moisture adsorbent particles, a deodorant and a fragrance is applied onto an absorbent sheet by a Meyer rod, a floating roller or a doctor blade, by a roll application by a stainless steel roller, or by spray application. Cosmetic tools that are impregnated with a composition and then dried (see Japanese Patent Application No. 500124/1983) are known.

A method of applying a solid drug composition by hot melt extrusion has also been widely practiced.

Water absorption and hygroscopicity are inhibited, and if a special moisture absorbent is not used, sweat and waste products may not be absorbed well when the tissue comes into contact with the skin, and the drug composition may be present in a film form on the entire surface of the tissue paper, making it stiff. If you try to remove this defect by impregnating, spraying, or applying a room-temperature liquid drug composition over the entire surface of tissue paper and then drying it, the dry product will have a "sticky" feel. A problem arises in that it remains.

Since either of the coating methods is applied, the wet strength of the paper decreases, which hinders productivity. To prevent this, tissue paper that does not dissolve in water, such as epoxy resin-treated paper, is used. but,
Since such treated paper is insoluble in water, when it is used as toilet paper, there is a problem that it cannot be flushed into a flush toilet.

を究明して本発明を完成したのである。As a result of intensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that an emulsifying solution containing at least an emollient agent is applied to the surface of tissue paper so that the difference between the coated area and the uncoated area is 5 to 50%. : It is sufficient to distribute the emulsifying solution almost uniformly with an area ratio of 95 to 50%, and in order to form parts coated with the emulsifying solution and parts not coated on the surface of the thin paper in this way, it is necessary to have a convex part and a concave part. and 5-50%: 95-5
The authors discovered that it is sufficient to apply an emulsified solution containing at least an emollient agent to the surface of thin paper and dry it, which is applied to the convex portions of a printing plate that are almost uniformly distributed with an area ratio of 0%. He completed his invention.

好ましい。The lotion paper according to the present invention contains at least an emollient agent as a component on the surface of the thin paper 1, as shown in each explanatory diagram showing an example in which an emulsified solution is applied to the surface of the thin paper 1 in FIGS. Part A where the emulsifying solution is applied and part B where it is not applied are 5-50% = 95-50%
It is characterized by being almost uniformly distributed with an area ratio of 50%, and there are areas A where an emulsifying solution containing at least an emollient as an ingredient is applied to the surface of the thin paper 1 and areas A where it is not applied. Area ratio with part B is 5-50%
: The reason why it must be 95-50% is that if the emulsifying solution is applied to the entire surface of the tissue paper like in conventional lotion paper, the emulsifying solution will adhere to the entire surface of the tissue paper in a film-like state. It is difficult to completely dry the applied emulsified solution, leaving a sticky feeling, and when it is brought into contact with the skin and wiped, the ability to absorb moisture adhering to the skin is not the same as that of tissue paper. As the emulsion becomes stiff and the skin contact sensation is reduced, it is necessary to ensure that the applied emulsified solution dries and leave the surface of the tissue paper, which has excellent moisture absorption ability, as it is. If the area A to which the emulsifying solution is applied is less than 5%, the area A to which the emulsifying solution is applied is
is too low, and the effect of applying an emulsifying solution containing an emollient in its ingredients to smooth the skin surface and prevent skin moisture from evaporating is insufficient, and the paper changes to normal tissue paper without an emulsifying solution applied. However, this is because the emulsifying solution disappears, and the portion B where the emulsifying solution is not applied is 50%
If it exceeds the area B where the emulsified solution is applied, it becomes stiff and the skin contact sensation decreases -7 = and the tissue paper 1 is unable to fully utilize its inherent ability to absorb moisture. It is. In addition, the area A where the emulsifying solution containing at least an emollient agent is coated on the surface of the thin paper L and the area B where it is not coated must be distributed almost uniformly because the emulsifying solution is coated. Even if the area ratio of part A coated with part B to uncoated part B is 5 to 50% or 95 to 50%, almost the entire surface of the part is part A coated with the emulsifying solution. In that area, the skin becomes stiff and the sensation of contact with the skin is reduced, and the tissue paper is no longer able to fully utilize its inherent ability to absorb moisture. B must be distributed almost uniformly. In addition, in the present invention, the part A where the emulsifying solution is applied
The fact that the uncoated portion B and the uncoated portion B are almost uniformly distributed means that the size of lotion paper is generally 100 to 300 mm in width and 100 to 300 mm in length.
Therefore, in such a size, the repeating pattern of the part A to which the emulsifying solution is applied is clearly visible. As shown in the figure and FIG. 2, when everything is linear, the area ratio of the area A where the emulsifying solution is applied and the area B where the emulsifying solution is not applied is 5 to 50% as described above. It is sufficient that the emulsifying solution is 95 to 50% and distributed almost uniformly, but for example, as shown in Fig. 3, the emulsifying solution is applied so as to leave a portion B in a circular or polygonal shape where the emulsifying solution is not applied. If the area of part B to which the emulsifying solution is not applied exceeds 25 cd, the lotion paper generally has a width of loo to 300 m.
Since the length is 100 to 300 m x length, part B is not coated with emulsifying solution when using lotion paper.
It is preferable to set the emollient to 25 d or less, since this may cause the emollient to hardly come into contact with the skin, and the effect of the emollient to smooth the skin surface and prevent skin moisture from evaporating may not be exhibited.

This is because it is most suitable to industrially apply an emulsifying solution to the surface of thin paper so that it is almost uniformly distributed on the surface of tissue paper, using a printing technique that uses a printing plate with convex and concave areas. It is preferable to use a rubber roll with a printing plate on the outside of the roll, such as a flexo roll, or a metal roll with a printing plate on the outside of the roll, such as an offset roll, in the latter case applying the emulsified solution to the offset roll. It is preferable that the emulsifying solution is supplied via a transfer roll and a backup roll so that a small amount of the emulsifying solution can be evenly applied to the surface of the thin paper.

00 centipoise, preferably 1,000 to 2,00
It is better to use one with 0 centipoise. This is because when the viscosity of the emulsifying solution is less than 500 centipoise, the emulsifying solution penetrates into the tissue paper quickly, so there are areas where the emulsifying solution is applied to the surface of the tissue paper and areas where it is not. Even if you try to apply the emulsifying solution so that it is distributed almost uniformly, the boundaries between the areas that are coated with the emulsifying solution and the areas that are not coated become unclear, and the areas that are coated with the emulsifying solution and the areas that are not coated with the emulsifying solution become unclear. If the viscosity of the emulsifying solution exceeds 3,000 centipoise, uneven application of the emulsifying solution to the tissue paper will occur and the emulsification will occur on the surface of the tissue paper. Even if you try to apply the solution so that the areas where the solution is applied and the areas where it is not applied are almost evenly distributed, the boundaries between the areas where the emulsifying solution is applied and the areas where the emulsifying solution is not applied become unclear and the emulsifying solution This is because it becomes difficult to set the area ratio of the coated portion to the uncoated portion to 5 to 50%:95 to 50%. In applying the emulsified solution to the thin paper in this way, the amount of the emulsified solution applied is preferably 4 to 20% as a dry solid content based on the fiber solid content of the thin paper.

も有している。In the lotion paper according to the present invention as described above, the areas where the emulsifying solution is applied and the areas where the emulsifying solution is not applied on the surface of the thin paper are almost uniformly distributed with an area ratio of 5 to 50%: 95 to 50%. Therefore, when wiping the skin, the area where the emulsified solution, which occupies more than half of the area of the lotion paper, is not applied is free from sweat and adhesion to the skin due to the tissue paper's inherent excellent moisture absorption ability. In addition, in areas where the emulsified solution is applied, the emollient agent in the emulsified solution has the effect of smoothing the skin surface and preventing evaporation of skin moisture. And if the tissue paper is a non-woven fabric or a stack of multiple sheets of tissue paper,
The bulkiness of the non-woven fabric and the flexibility and bulkiness of the multiple sheets of tissue paper make it possible to improve the feel when it comes into contact with the skin. Furthermore, since the emulsified solution is water-soluble, it also has the effect that if it adheres excessively to the skin, it can be easily wiped off by washing with water.

できるのである。As detailed above, the lotion paper according to the present invention is
The emulsifying solution containing at least an emollient as a component is distributed almost uniformly on the surface of the tissue paper with an area ratio of 5 to 50% = 95 to 50% between the coated area and the uncoated area. Therefore, when the lotion paper comes into contact with the skin, the area that is not coated with the emulsified solution, which occupies more than half of the surface area, comes into contact with the lotion paper, and due to the excellent moisture absorption ability of tissue paper, it adheres to sweat and the skin. The emollient agent in the emulsified solution smoothes the skin surface and prevents evaporation of skin moisture in the area where less than half of the remaining emulsified solution is applied. The effect is demonstrated, and since the area ratio of the area to which the emulsifying solution is applied is small, the applied emulsifying solution is reliably dried, so it does not leave a sticky feeling and has a stiff and bad texture. It has a texture with excellent skin contact sensation, and when applied to toilet paper, it has the effect of being able to be flushed down a flush toilet. When the tissue paper is laminated, the bulkiness of the nonwoven fabric and the flexibility and bulkiness of the multiple sheets of tissue paper can provide a better texture when it comes into contact with the skin. .

ことができるのである。Further, the method for producing lotion paper according to the present invention includes at least an emollient agent attached to the convex portions of a printing plate in which the convex portions and concave portions are almost uniformly distributed with an area ratio of 5 to 50% = 95 to 50%. This is a method of applying an emulsifying solution containing an emollient as an ingredient to the surface of tissue paper and drying it. It does not require any special equipment, and it is possible to distribute the emulsifying solution almost uniformly on the surface of the thin paper so that the area where the emulsifying solution is applied and the area where it is not applied is a predetermined area ratio on the convex portion of the printing plate. By attaching an emulsified solution to the process, it can be carried out reliably on an industrial scale.
