  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ＬＥＤ等の発光素子から成る表示パネルと、該
    表示パネルの各発光素子を所望のパターンで発光
    せしめる駆動制御回路と、該駆動制御回路を作動
    させるための電源回路とを含む表示装置において
    、 上記電源回路が、電圧降下を補償するための出
    力電圧制御部を備えていると共に、外光検出回路
    と、外光検出回路からの検出信号に基づいて、外
    光が所定のレベルより明るい場合に、出力信号が
    ＬレベルまたはＨレベルに反転するスイツチ回路
    とを含んでおり、該スイツチ回路の出力信号が、
    上記電源回路の出力電圧制御部に入力されること
    を特徴とする調光式表示装置。
