において、 前記基板は、上下の絶縁層によつて導体パター
ンを挟んだ積層構造を有するとともに、前記磁電
変換素子収納用の凹所を有し、 前記磁電変換素子は、前記凹所の深さに満たな
い厚さを有していることを特徴とする電流センサ
の検出部構造。 (2) 前記凹所内に収容した前記磁電変換素子上
に高磁性体を載置したことを特徴とする請求項(1
