非磁性体からなるギヤツプ層が順次形成され、こ
のギヤツプ層上に導体からなる複数層のコイルが
絶縁層を介して形成され、これらのコイル上に絶
縁層を介して上部コアが形成されてなる薄膜磁気
ヘツドにおいて、 前記複数層のコイルが重なり合わない最内周部
に前記コイルとは通電しないダミーコイルを形成
