Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance decoration properties by impregnating and coloring the specified ceramics- based base material with a soln. dissolving light resistant dye and providing a decorative layer on the surface of this base material and engraving a pattern or working a groove and exposing the impregnated and colored part. CONSTITUTION:A coloring soln. is prepared by dissolving light resistant dye into an organic solvent contg. alcohols such as methanol. A base plate 1 selected from the ceramics-based base material such as cement, calcium silicate, silica sand, slag and fiber is impregnated and colored with this colored soln. by impregnation and spray, etc., to form an impregnated and colored part 2. Then this impregnated and colored part 2 is applied with a sealer such as moisture curing type asbestos and cured to form a sealer layer 3. This sealer layer 3 is applied with coating which has color tone similar to the impregnated and colored part 2 or color tone different therefrom and dried to obtain a decorative layer 4. Then a groove part 5 is formed by engraving a pattern or working a groove at the prescrived depth on this laminated base plate. The color tone of the impregnated and colored part 2 is exposed. Furthermore a clear layer 6 such as acrylic urethane contg. an ultraviolet absorbed is formed on the upper part of these layers to obtain a decorative laminated sheet.

Ceramic decorative boards are generally made of cement, calcium silicate, slag, fibers, etc., and are manufactured using these materials by well-known methods such as papermaking and extrusion.

The color tone is grayish white, ocher, white, etc., and in many cases the color tone of the raw material appears as it is, and since it cannot be used as a decorative board by itself, it is put into practical use by applying a coating.

The coating layer formed by this coating has a thickness of at most 100 μm, and the coating is carried out using a roll coater, a spray flow coater, etc., and the entire surface of the substrate is coated with a similar coating to form a decorative board.

However, since the thickness of the coating layer is <100μ, as mentioned above, if the surface is engraved or grooved with a sawtooth, router bit, etc., the base material will naturally be exposed, making it difficult to make cosmetics. The parts without are exposed. In addition, in order to reliably paint a groove with a width of 3m and a depth of about 2I, the rising part of the groove must be carefully colored, which is very time-consuming and still leaves uncolored areas. It is undeniable that this will occur, and this will damage the product value. Therefore, it is quite difficult to coat narrower and deeper grooves on a continuous coating line. Furthermore, if some hard object is inadvertently rubbed strongly against this coating layer, the contents of the base material will be exposed, and the scratches will be clearly visible, resulting in an unsightly appearance. Although ceramic base materials are generally porous, they are quite airtight, and materials with large molecular weights such as paints remain on the surface even if they are simply painted, and do not fully penetrate into the inner layers. It was considered difficult.

The present invention solves the various inconveniences mentioned above, and provides a method for impregnating the inner layer of a base material with a cosmetic coloring to simplify the painting process, especially after processing the grooves.
The object of the present invention is to provide a novel decorative board using this method.

In the present invention, a solution prepared by dissolving a light-resistant dye in an organic solvent containing alcohol is used to immerse, spray, etc. As a result of various studies on the impregnation rate, it was found that it is appropriate to dilute the light-fast dye with methanol and toluene and impregnate and color by dipping. It is.

Generally, when making a solution, the solvent is divided into water-based and solvent-based, but from the viewpoint of light resistance, the present invention uses a light-resistant dye, dissolves it in an organic solvent containing alcohol, and applies it to ceramics. Since the dye is impregnated into the base material, the alcohol softens the surface tension and increases the penetrating power, allowing the dye to fully penetrate into the interior of the dye.

Furthermore, when grooves are applied to the above-mentioned impregnated and colored base material and a decorative layer made of a paint film of a different color tone, the impregnated colored parts appear in the grooves, so this alone will separate the paint layer and the impregnated colored parts. A good decorative board can be obtained, and a painting process after groove processing is not required.

Furthermore, by applying a coating film similar in color to the impregnated and colored base material and applying grooves to it, a subdued appearance without contrast can be obtained, and if for some reason the surface is Even if a deep scratch occurs, the color impregnated into the base material will only be exposed, and in this case, no contrast will occur, and the color will play the role of a protective color, so there will be no sense of disharmony.

Furthermore, since a clear resin layer containing an ultraviolet absorber is provided on the outer surface of each of the decorative layers, wear resistance is improved and light resistance is also excellent.

A calcium silicate plate is immersed in a coloring solution prepared at the above ratio of 47.5% for 3 minutes and left on a shelf to dry. Next, a moisture-curing asbestos sealer is applied at a ratio of 6 g and 7 square meters to harden the surface of the base material to form a sealer layer. Then, apply gray metallic paint at a rate of 20 g/shaku 2 using a spray machine to give it a heavy feel. After that, it is sufficiently dried to obtain a makeup layer. In FIG. 1, 1 is a calcium silicate plate, 2 is an impregnated colored portion, 3 is a sealer layer, and 4 is a decorative layer.

make. At this time, since the sealer layer 3 is colored black, the groove portion 5 appears black. Furthermore, an acrylic urethane clear containing 1% of an ultraviolet absorber is applied to the entire surface using a sprayer at a rate of 15 g/square 2 to form a clear layer 6. Note that Tinuvin #326 manufactured by Ciba Geigy is used as the ultraviolet absorber. In this case, a film thickness of 10 μm almost completely blocks ultraviolet rays up to 38 ONm, so the exposed areas of the impregnated colored areas are sufficiently protected against dyes, and since the clear has many resin parts, there is no problem with adhesion in the grooves. .

In the above examples, a gray paint film, which is a similar color, was applied to the black colored liquid, but by creating a decorative board with a paint film of a different tone instead of gray, it is possible to improve the joint area. There is a contrast between the (groove portion) and the flat portion.
