の間隔を調整するトルク調整部材とを備えたトル
クリミツタにおいて、前記第１および第２の回転
体のうちいずれか一方の回転体に、磁気吸着面に
対して出没自在に設けられた突子と、この突子を
弾撥部材を介して突出方向へ付勢する調整ねじと
からなるトルク調整部材を設けたことを特徴とす
