転速度検出手段と、 前記巻線に発生する誘導電圧に基づいて前記ロ
ータの位置を検出し前記巻線の各々を順に励磁す
ることにより前記ブラシレスモータを駆動する駆
動手段と、 前記巻線に発生する誘導電圧の位相を遅らせる
遅延手段と、 前記ブラシレスモータの回転速度が低速のとき
の前記遅延手段の時定数を回転速度が高速のとき
より大きく設定し、前記回転速度検出手段からの
信号が所定回転速度に達したとき前記時定数を切
