タ、及び上記第１のトランジスタの第１の所定時
間以上のオンにより上記第２のトランジスタをオ
ンとし、第１のトランジスタの第２の所定時間以
上のオフにより上記第２のトランジスタをオフと
する時定数回路を備えたことを特徴とするブラシ
