Claims (1)
- 発電機のシヤフトに固定された界磁巻線を有す
るロータ前記界磁巻線と導通し、前記シヤフトに
固定されるスリツプリング、前記スリツプリング
に圧し、有効長さまで摩耗する保持器に取り付け
られたブラシ、前記発電機組立て時、前記ブラシ
を該スリツプリング上部にピンにより一時固定す
るためのピン挿入穴を持ち前記保持器が固定され
るエンドブラケツト等から構成される自動車用交
流発電機において、該ブラシ長手方向に、該スリ
ツプリング外半径から該ブラシ有効長さ内に多様
形状の穴を１ケ以上設け、該スリツプリング外半
径と該シヤフト外半径の差Ｌ及び該シヤフト外半
径から該ピン挿入穴までの距離からの該Ｌ寸法の
差Ｂと該スリツプリング外半径からの該穴長さＨ
の関係が、Ｌ＋Ｂ＞ＨかつＨ＞Ｂとし、又、該ブ
ラシの有効長さと、該穴長さＨの差ｌがＬ＞ｌと
なることを特徴とする自動車用交流発電機のブラ
シ。
