Claims (1)
- 基板の表面に銅箔パターンが形成され少なくと
も１つの分割部を有して前記分割部で本体基板と
捨て基板とに分割れさるガラスエポキシ両面プリ
ント基板であつて、前記分割部にはドリルによつ
て隣り合う孔との距離が前記基板の板厚以下とな
るように開けられた分割孔が形成され前記分割孔
の内周面にはスルーホールめつきが施され、前記
捨て基板の前記銅箔パターンと前記分割孔の前記
スルーホールめつきとが結合されていることを特
徴とするガラスエポキシ両面プリント基板。
