- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 運転室後部領域の車体部分にガイド部材を
付設し、運転室の上部を覆う日除け位置と、これ
よりも車体後方側の防風位置との間を摺動自在に
前記ガイド部材に嵌合したスライド板を設けたこ
とを特徴とするオープンカーの乗員保護装置。 (2) 前記ガイド部材が、前記スライド板をその
日除け位置に保持できる使用位置と、これよりも
車体後方側の格納位置との間を回動可能に枢着さ
れている請求項１記載の乗員保護装置。
