Claims (1)
用溝と、このリブ形成用溝の一側壁に連通する入
れ子受容孔とを形成し、この入れ子受容孔に穴形
成用凸部が形成された入れ子を収納する一方、前
記上部成形型に成形品本体のエジエクタ部材を装
着し、このエジエクタ部材と前記入れ子とをエジ
エクタ駆動機構により上部成形型から突き出して
、リブを含む成形品本体を上部成形型より離型し
、リブがリブ形成用溝より抜き出された位置でエ
ジエクタ部材を入れ子よりも多く突き出して、リ
ブを入れ子より離れる方向にたわませることによ
り、リブに形成された穴と穴形成用凸部との嵌合
を解除するようにした樹脂成形品の竪型成形装置
において、前記エジエクタ部材を、上記成形型の
リブ形成用溝の入れ子受容孔と反対側であつて入
れ子受容孔の両側でかつリブの入れ子より離れる
方向へのたわみ変位量よりも少ない寸法離れた部
分に配置したことを特徴とする樹脂成形品の竪型
