型において、上型にカムドライブ、下型の側壁に
カムドライブと係合する部分を有するカムスライ
ダ型を嵌装して、カムスライダ型を部分型として
形成し、上型と下型とカムスライダ型により側面
に凹部を有する中子を造形する鋳型であつて、カ
ムドライブに上型と下型との型合わせ作動時にカ
ムドライブがカムスライダ型に係合してカムスラ
イダ型が造形位置に移動するようなカムスライダ
型押し込み用カムを設けて、スライダ型には上型
と下型との型分離作動時にカムスライダ型とカム
ドライブが離反しカムスライダ型が造形位置から
退避位置に戻るようにばね力が作用するスライダ
ばねを取り付け、スライダ型がスライダばねによ
り退避して、中子を中子下部より押上げることに
より、中子離型を可能としたことを特徴とする鋳
型装置。 (2) カムドライブには、スライダばねによる引
き離し初期力の不足を補うカムスライダ型引き離
し用カムを設けたことを特徴とする請求項(1)記
