ヨルダーパーツをバリヤー性のある積層材で円筒
状に成形されたチユーブ本体の開口部に結合して
ラミネートチユーブを製造する過程において、中
央に押出口挿通孔を形成して環状のバリヤー材を
形成する工程と、さらに前記押出口挿通孔を打ち
抜く際に生ずるバリヤー材のヌキカスを、前記押
出口の開口形状に合致させるべく皿状に絞り加工
してめくら蓋を形成する工程とからなり、上記バ
リヤー材をシヨルダーパーツの肩部外側周面に、
まためくら蓋を押出口の開口部に、それぞれ一体
に被着させるようにしたことを特徴とするめくら
蓋付き押出しラミネートチユーブの製造法に関す
る。

リヤー材を形成する工程と、さらに前記押出口挿
通孔を打ち抜く際に生ずるバリヤー材のヌキカス
を、前記押出口の開口形状に合致させるべく皿状
に絞り加工してめくら蓋を形成する工程とからな
り、上記バリヤー材をシヨルダーパーツの肩部外
側周面に、まためくら蓋を押出口の開口部に、そ
れぞれ一体に披着させるようにしたために、 第1に、これまでのめくら蓋付きラミネートチ
ユーブにおいて考えられていたようにバリヤー材
の製造のほかにめくら蓋を製造するための素材の
調達および加工ライン等の一切が不要となるので
