Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent deviation of heater wire at a turning parts while maintaining good feeling in usage at the time of expansion/contraction of cloths by applying hot melt adhesive of humidity hardening type at multiple parts of heater wire arranged in a meandering shape, and adhering and fixing the heater wire to any one of cloths. CONSTITUTION:A hot melt adhesive agent 1 of humidity hardening type is applied in a dot shape to bond cloths 2a, 2b to thereby forming heater mounting grooves 7. A heater wire 3 is arranged in the mounting groove 4 in a zigzag pattern, wherein heater wire turning parts 6b are formed at the farthest parts from a cord inlet part 5. The adhesive 1 is applied to cross the heater wire 3, and at the positions where the heater 3 turns to the linear parts from the curve parts of the turn parts 6b, the adhesive 1 is applied to cross the heater wire 3 to adhere the cloths 2a, 2b. In this way it is possible to prevent dislocation of the heater wire 3 to the turn parts 6a which leads to contact of the heater wire 3 parts, thereby prevent partial overheating from occurring.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, in order to make electric blankets using fabrics with a good texture and a high-class feel, moisture-curing real-melt adhesives 1 have been used in conventional fabric heating devices of this type, such as electric blankets, as shown in Figure 2. Some products have been developed in which two fabrics 2a and 2b are bonded together by applying dots or broken lines to form a groove in which the heater wire 3 is mounted.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, such a structure has a heater wire turner section 6 with meandering wiring and a moisture-curing true melt adhesive 1 coated on the inside of the turn to form a heater mounting groove. There is a gap 7 between the heater wires 3 and the heater wires 3 are not glued anywhere and can move freely, so they are easy to wash when washed with water in an electric washing machine or when used as a bed blanket. Due to the body movement, as shown in FIG. 3, the heater wire 3 of the heater wire turn portion 6 is biased toward either the cord opening side 8a or the opposite cord draw side 8b, and the heater wires 3 are separated from each other. There was a risk of local overheating due to contact.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides two pieces of fabric and a hot-curing true melt adhesive for bonding the two pieces of fabric to form grooves for installing heater wires in a serpentine shape. and heater wires installed in the installation groove and wired in a diagonal pattern, and a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive is applied here and there to the heater wires wired in a diagonal pattern, and the two fabrics or either The heater wire is adhesively fixed to one of the fabrics.

With this method, since the heater wire is bonded to the fabric, the heater wire turn part will not be damaged by body movements such as turning over when washing in an electric washing machine or using it as a bed blanket. The wire does not move, therefore, the heater wire will not be biased toward either the cord opening side or the opposite cord drawer side, and the heater wires will not come into contact with each other and cause local overheating.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a heating element fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive 1 is applied in dots and fabrics 2a and 2b are bonded to form mounting grooves 4. ing. The heater wire 3 is mounted in a mounting groove 4 in a meandering manner, with a heater wire turn portion 6a formed on the side closer to the cord opening 5 and a heater wire turn portion 6b formed on the side farther from the cord opening 5. ing. Furthermore, the location where the moisture-curing hot melt adhesive 1 is applied across the heater wire 3 and bonded to the fabric may be set freely, but in this example, due to the structure of the moisture-curing hot melt adhesive applicator, From the relationship, and heater wire 3
The area where the fabrics 2a and 2b are bonded may have some unevenness, which may cause discomfort during use. At the next step, a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive 1 is applied across the heater wires 3 to bond the heaters wA3 to the fabrics 2a and 2b. Since the termination point 9 of the heater wire turn portion 6b is fixed with the moisture curing hot melt 1 in this way, the heater wire 3 of the heater wire turn portion 6b cannot move, and therefore the heater wire of this length is fixed. Since the heater wire 3 cannot move to the heater wire turn portion 6a on the opposite side, the heater wire 3 will not move even if the heater wire 3 is washed with water in an electric washing machine or the like or there is body movement such as turning over when using it as a bed blanket. The heater wires 3 are not biased toward the turn portion 6a, and the heater wires 3 do not come into contact with each other and cause local overheating.

In addition, in the turn part 6a, the termination point 9 is not fixed to the fabric 2a2b with the moisture-curing hot-melt adhesive 1, and the moisture-curing hot-melt adhesive 1 forming the mounting groove 4 is not fixed to the fabric 2a2b.
Since there is a gap between the heater wire 3 and the heater wire 3, even when the fabric 2as2b expands and contracts, a good feeling of use can be maintained without the heater wire 3 being stretched.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the heating element cloth of the present invention comprises two pieces of fabric, and a moisture-curing hot melt adhesive for bonding the two pieces of fabric to form grooves for installing heater wires in a serpentine shape. heater wires installed in the mounting groove and wired in a diagonal pattern; a moisture-curable hot melt adhesive is applied here and there to the heater wires wired in a diagonal pattern, and the two fabrics or either With a simple structure in which the heater wire is adhesively fixed to the fabric, it maintains a good feel when the fabric expands and contracts, while also being able to be easily washed when washed with water in an electric washing machine, etc., or turned over when used as a bed blanket. Even if there is a body movement, the heater wires are biased toward the heater wire turn portion, and the effect is that the heater wires do not come into contact with each other and cause local heat conduction.
