棄物の処理を容易に行うことが出来なかつた。

外胴に於ける筒状頭部の中心に回転軸を貫通し、
この回転軸はベース上に設けた軸受に支持させる
と共に駆動モーターに連係させ、中間部には多数
の小孔を穿設した回転ドラムを取付け、筒状頭部
の右側には下端を回転ドラムの右側開口部に臨ま
せて廃棄物の投入ホツパーを取付け、外胴の側方
には複数個のバーナーを配設し、その火炎噴射管
を筒状頭部に設けた孔から回転ドラムの外周面に
向かつて突出させ、上記排出路を設けた脚部の前
側壁にはバーナーを設け、その火炎噴射管を後側
壁に向かつて突出させることにより、大量のヘド
ロ状廃棄物を容易に乾燥し、之を埋土等に有効に
利用出来る様にすると共に公害の問題を生じるこ
となくヘドロ状廃棄物の処理を容易に行うことが
出来る様にしたものである。

本発明は上記の様に構成されているから、之を

図に於て左回転させた後、投入ホツパー20から
回転ドラム15内の右側端部にヘドロ状廃棄物を

回転により撹拌されながら左側へ移送されて行
き、この間、該ヘドロ状廃棄物に、複数のバーナ
ー21の火炎噴射管22から噴射して回転ドラム
15の多数の小孔17から吹き込む火炎が吹き付け
られるから、ヘドロ状廃棄物は急速に乾燥して粒
状となつて回転ドラム15の左側開口部から排出
され、脚部8の排出路7を落下するが、このとき
更に、バーナー24の火炎噴射管25から噴射す
る火炎が吹き付けらると共に回転ドラム15の多
数の小孔17から落下する未乾燥の廃棄物にも該
火炎が吹き付けられるので、ヘドロ状廃棄物は完
全に乾燥して収容ホツパー26内に収容されるも
のである。

から、確実に乾燥処理されるものである。

する未乾燥の廃棄物に、脚部の前側壁に設けたバ
ーナーの火炎噴射管から噴射する火炎を吹き付け
る様にしたから、大量のヘドロ状廃棄物を短時間
で完全に乾燥することが出来るものである。

炎噴射管を後側壁に向かつて突出させてなるヘド
ロ状廃棄物の乾燥装置。 2 回転ドラムの内周面に複数の撹拌羽根を取付
けてなる特許請求の範囲第1項記載のヘドロ状廃
棄物の乾燥装置。 3 回転ドラムの右側端部に穿孔されてない部分
