Abstract

PURPOSE:To rapidly dry sludge-like waste by providing a burner which blows flames into a rotary drum from small hole groups thereof and dries the sludge- like waste to a granular state and a burner which dries the dried waste discharged from said drum to a discharge path and the undried sludge falling from the small holes. CONSTITUTION:The burner 21 is ignited and the flames are injected from a flame injection pipe 22 thereof. A driving motor is simultaneously operated to rotate the rotary drum 15. The sludge-like waste is thereafter charged from a charge hopper into the drum 15 and is transferred to the left side while the sludge is agitated by the rotation of the drum 15. The flames from the pipe 22 are blown to the waste through the small hole 17 groups of the drum 15 to rapidly dray the waste to the granular state. The granules are discharged from the left side aperture of the drum 15 into the discharge path 7 of a leg part 8. The dried sludge falling in the discharge part 7 and the undried waste falling from the small holes 17 of the drum 15 are completely dried by the flames injected from the flame injection pipe of the burner provided to the front side wall of the leg part 8. The dried waste is recovered into a hopper.

の産業界、一般家庭から生じる汚水を薬品で処理した後

る様にしたヘドロ状廃棄物の乾燥装置に関するものであ
る。

状頭部の右側には下端を回転ドラムの右側開口部に臨ま
ぜて廃棄物の投入ホッパーを取付け、外胴の側方には複
数個のバーナーを配設し、その火炎噴射管を筒状頭部に
設けた孔から回転ドラムの外周面に向かって突出させ、
上記排出路を設けた脚部の前側壁にはバーナーを設け、
その火炎噴射管を後側壁に向かって突出させることによ
り゛、大量のヘドロ状廃棄物を容易に乾燥し、之を埋土
等に有効に利用出来る様にすると共に公害の問題を生じ
ることなくヘドロ状廃棄物の処理を容易に行うことが出
来る様にしたものである。

ーの火炎噴射管から噴射する火炎を吹き付ける様にした
から、大量のヘドロ状廃棄物を短時間で完全に乾燥する
ことが出来るものである。

炎噴射管を筒状頭部に設けた孔から回転ドラムの外周面
に向かって突出させ、上記排出路を設けた脚部の前側壁
にはバーナーを設け、その火炎噴射管を後側壁に向かつ
て突出させてなるヘドロ状廃棄物の乾燥装置。
