グセンサ、2はセンサヘツド部、3は配電線、4
は浮遊電極、5はコア、6はギヤツプ、7はセン
サブース、8a,8b,8cおよび8dは光フア
イバ、9は光電圧検出部、10は光磁界検出部、
11aおよび11bはリード線、12は偏光子、
13は1/4波長板、14はセンサ素子、15は検
