記第2の各光導波路からの光出力をそれぞれ入力
する長さの異なる複数の遅延フアイバと、この遅
延フアイバの光出力をそれぞれ検出する複数の光
検出手段とを備え、前記第1の電極と第2の電極
の間に電圧パルスを印加することにより、被測定
パルス光が第1の光導波路から第2の光導波路に
分岐するように構成したことを特徴とする光サン
