【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも入、出力端子が金属製のシエル
に絶縁材を介して貫通して設けられたベースにア
ース端子が接続されるとともに、このベース上に
設置された圧電フイルタ素子をキヤンにて気密封
止してなる圧電フイルタと、この圧電フイルタの
底部に設けられた絶縁基板とからなる表面実装型
圧電フイルタにおいて、この絶縁基板には前記各
端子の貫通する透孔が設けられるとともに、これ
ら透孔の内壁には電極が設けられ、かつ絶縁基板
の表面には上記透孔に設けられた各電極と入出力
電極あるいはアース電極の間にはフイルタ回路が
形成され、また裏面には入出力端子用の透孔以外
の大部分において接地されたシールド電極が形成
されていることを特徴とする表面実装型圧電フイ
ルタ。 (2) 少なくとも入、出力端子が金属製のシエル
に絶縁材を介して貫通して設けられたベースにア
ース端子が接続されるとともに、このベース上に
設置された圧電フイルタ素子をキヤンにて気密封
止してなる圧電フイルタを、複数個絶縁基板に設
置して一体化した表面実装型圧電フイルタにおい
て、この絶縁基板には前記各端子の貫通する透孔
が設けられるとともに、これら透孔の内壁には電
極が設けられ、かつ絶縁基板の表面には上記透孔
に設けられた各電極と入出力電極あるいはアース
電極の間にはフイルタ回路が形成され、また裏面
には入出力端子用の透孔以外の大部分において接
地されたシールド電極が形成されているているこ
とを特徴とする表面実装型圧電フイルタ。
