Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、乳腺症や乳癌等で乳房を切除した場合に整
姿を目的に用いられる人工の乳房に関するものである。
〔従来の技術］ 乳腺症や乳癌等で乳房を切除した場合、残る片方の乳房
との外観的並びに重量的バランスの人工的復元、すなわ
ち人工乳房による整姿が行われている。人工乳房は、胸
部の乳房切除部位に当てられる裏面を有するとともに、
乳房に擬して形成される表面を有する形状となっている
。
そして従来、この種の人工乳房の胸部への取付けは、接
着剤を介して裏面を胸部に取付ける直接固定の手法が採
られている。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
ところで、上述のように胸部に直接に固定する構造のも
のでは、接着剤の塗布を必要最小限に画一的に行うこと
ができず、また人工乳房の重量を常に支えながら片方の
乳房との対称性を考慮して位夏決めしなければならない
ので、取付けが面倒であった。
また、就寝時等において一時的に取り外したい場合には
、接着剤をリムーバーで剥離しなければならないととも
に、取付けるときは再び接着剤を塗布する必要があり、
極めて煩雑であった。加えて、−旦塗布された接着剤の
効力が維持される期間内での一時的取外し・取付けがで
きず、取付効率の低下を来していた。
そこでこの発明は、取付けが容易であるとともに接着剤
の塗布面積を必要最小限に画一的に設けることができ、
また、接着剤の効力の期間内で人工乳房を任意に着脱で
きる人工乳房の取付構造の提供をその目的とする。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
この発明は、上記目的を達成すべく創案されたもので、
その特徴は、表面に面状ファスナーを有するとともに裏
面側に胸部の乳房切除部位に接着可能なシリコン樹脂の
接着面を有するベース部材と、表面が乳房に擬して形成
されるとともに裏面に面状ファスナーを有し上記ベース
部材に着脱される人工乳房とから成る構成にある。
また、この発明によれば、表面にフック部を有するとと
もに裏面側に胸部の乳房切除部位に接着可能なシリコン
樹脂の接着面を有するベース部材と、表面が乳房に擬し
て形成されるとともに裏面側に上記フック部に係合する
係合部を有し上記ベース部材に着脱される人工乳房とか
ら成る構成とすることができる。
〔作　用］ この発明によれば、胸部の所定位置にベース部材がその
接着面をもって貼り付けられる。次に人工乳房がその裏
面をもってベース部材に合わせられると、相互の面状フ
ァスナー、あるいはフック部と係合部との結合によって
人工乳房はベース部材に固定される０面状ファスナー、
あるいはフック部と係合部との結合構造によって、ベー
ス部材に対する人工乳房の着脱がベース部材の接着面を
取り替えることなく、且つ、取付時の位置決めを要する
ことなく任意且つ容易になされる。
〔実施例］ 第１図乃至第３図はこの発明の一実施例を示す。
乳腺症や乳癌等によって片方の乳房Ｂを切除した場合、
胸部の乳房切除部位２に人工乳房４を取付けることによ
って、切除前と同等のシルエットを維持することができ
るとともに、重量的バランスによって姿勢の悪化や肩こ
り等を回避することができる。
乳房切除部位２にはベース部材６が貼り付けられており
、このベース部材６に人工乳房４が着脱可能に取付けら
れている。ベース部材６は例えば柔軟なシリコン樹脂で
テープ状に形成することができ、裏面側には皮膚になじ
み易い医療用のシリコン樹脂を主成分とする接着剤が塗
布された接着面８を有している。なお、接着面８の表面
には未使用時保護テープが貼られている。また、ベース
部材６の表面６ａには、面状ファスナー１２を複数設け
ることができる。
人工乳房４は、乳房切除部位２に当てられる裏面１４を
有するとともに、片方の実際の乳房Ｂに擬して形成され
た表面１６を有しており、裏面１４には、ベース部材６
の面状ファスナー１２．。
、に対応して面状ファスナー１Ｂ、、、が設けられてい
る。
人工乳房４の内部構成は、例えば柔軟性と保形性とを有
する軽量芯材２０と、この軽量芯材２０よりも軟質で弾
力性に冨む外層材２２と、この外層材２２の外面を覆う
シリコン皮膜２４とから成る３層構造に形成されており
、軽量芯材２０は人工乳房４全体の略半分以上の容積を
占める大きさに形成されている。この例では、軽量芯材
２０に多孔性のゴムであるホームラバーを使用し、外層
材２２としてオイルゼリーを使用した。
軽量芯材２０の保形性によって人工乳房４の基本的な粗
形状が確保されるとともに、軽量質によって人工乳房４
の重量が軽減される。また、外層材２２によって乳房Ｂ
に近い弾力性ないし感触が得られるとともに、適宜な重
質感が得られる。なお、外層材２２は軽量芯材２０に対
してほぼ一定の厚みｔを有しており、これによって表面
１６全体に亙って均一な弾力性が得られる。そして、シ
リコン皮１１９２４によって皮膚のつややかさが得られ
る。なお、オイルラバーは石油系の素材臭が伴うが、シ
リコン皮膜２４で覆うことによってこれを解消すること
ができる。また、軽量芯材２ｏの柔軟性によって、外層
材２２の厚みの少なさから生し得る人工乳房４全体の弾
力性の低下が回避される。なお、軽量芯材２０に代えて
、外層材２２よりも硬めに成形されたオイルゼリーを使
用することもできる。
このような構造とすることによって、重量過剰による使
用時の違和感を回避できるとともに、姿勢の悪化や肩こ
り等の弊害を低減できる。また、実際の乳房Ｂに近い弾
力性ないし感触が得られるとともに、切除前のシルエッ
トを復元できる。
人工乳房４の裏面１４に設けられる面状ファスナー１日
の取付位置は、乳房Ｂのいわゆるカップ別の大きさに左
右されない不変部位Ｐを選定するのが効率的であり、ベ
ース部材６の大きさもこれに対応して決定することがで
きる。また、面状ファスナー１２．１８の設置面積並び
に個数等は、ベース部材６と人工乳房４との取付状態が
良好に維持される範囲で適宜に決定することができる。
このような取付構造とすることによって、接着面８の接
着効力が維持される期間内において、就寝時等に人工乳
房４のみを任意且つ容易に着脱できるメリットがあり、
ベース部材６によって取付位置が確保されているので、
取付時は位置決めが不要となる。
次に第４図及び第５図はこの発明の他の例を示す。
乳房切除部位２には、ベース部材２６が取付けられてお
り、このベース部材２６には人工乳房２８が嵌合して取
付けられている。ベース部材２６は裏面側に上記例と同
様の接着面３０を有し、表面にはフック部３２を存して
しいる。ベース部材２６は例えばフック部３２と基部３
４とがら成る構成とすることができる。また、フック部
３２と基部３４はシリコン樹脂で形成することができ、
フック部３２は、人工乳房２８との嵌合を容易にするた
めに基部３４より柔軟性を有するように成形することが
できる。
人工乳房２８は例えば柔軟なシリコン樹脂で形成され、
裏面にはベース部材２６のフック部３２に係合する係合
部３６が形成されている。乳房切除部位２にベース部材
２６を固定した後、人工乳房２８を上方から移動させて
フック部３２に係合部３６を嵌合することによって取付
が完了する。
柔軟部材どうし間の嵌合であるため、上記例と同様に任
意且つ容易に着脱を行うことができる。
なお、フック部３２と係合部３６の嵌合形状はこの例に
限定されるものではなく、良好な着脱が得られる範囲で
適宜に決定することができるものである。
〔発明の効果］ この発明によれば、ベース部材を介した間接固定である
ので位置決め後の接着がベース部材のみでよく、よって
取付作業の容易化を図ることができる。
また、ベース部材の接着面の接着効力が維持される期間
内において、就寝時等に人工乳房のみを任意且つ容易に
着脱できるとともに、ベース部材によって取付位置が確
保されているので、取付時は位置決めが不要となる。従
って使用性の向上を図ることができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）表面に面状ファスナーを有するとともに裏面側に
    胸部の乳房切除部位に接着可能なシリコン樹脂の接着面
    を有するベース部材と、表面が乳房に擬して形成される
    とともに裏面に面状ファスナーを有し上記ベース部材に
    着脱される人工乳房とから成る人工乳房の取付構造。
  2. （２）表面にフック部を有するとともに裏面側に胸部の
    乳房切除部位に接着可能なシリコン樹脂の接着面を有す
    るベース部材と、表面が乳房に擬して形成されるととも
    に裏面側に上記フック部に係合する係合部を有し上記ベ
    ース部材に着脱される人工乳房とから成る人工乳房の取
    付構造。
