Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 分割金型の固定型と結合されて用いられ成形体
の中心付近に成形精度を必要としない成形体を製
造するための低圧射出成形機であつて、 該固定型内に配置されキヤビテイに連通すると
共に側面に成形材料の供給口を有する射出シリン
ダーと、該射出シリンダー内を摺動し先端面が型
面の一部を構成し、側面に材料供給穴をもつ筒状
の外部プランジヤと、該外部プランジヤ内を摺動
し先端面が該外部プランジヤの先端より前方に突
出しない内部プランジヤと、供給口に連通する成
形材料供給部とからなり、 該外部プランジヤと該内部プランジヤを前進さ
せることで該キヤビテイに成形材料を充填すると
ともに該内部プランジヤの先端面が成形体を押圧
するように構成されたことを特徴とする低圧射出
成形機。
