Claims (1)
- キヤビテイに発泡成形材料を注入して発泡硬化
させることにより発泡成形品を成形する注入発泡
型であつて、型成形部に設けられた弾性体と、該
弾性体に設けられ、常時は弾性体の圧縮力により
隙間なく密着せしめられる針挿入部と、上記弾性
体の針挿入部に対応して配置され、圧縮エア供給
源に接続された開口部を先端側に有する針と、該
針を成形前には上記弾性体の後方に後退移動させ
る一方、成形後には弾性体の圧縮力に抗してその
針挿入部に刺通せしめるよう前進移動させる移動
手段とを備えたことを特徴とする注入発泡型。
