Claims (1)
- 蛍光表示管の外囲器の封着部を貫通して外部に
引出された端子部に厚さ０．５μｍ以下の酸化ク
ロム層が形成され、その表面にニツケルメツキ層
と半田メツキ層が積層形成された鉄製の丸棒端子
を前記端子部に溶接したことを特徴とする蛍光表
示管。
