内配線、ｒ１，ｒ２は微小抵抗である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 第１の直列ブリツジ素子Ｒａ，Ｒｂと第２の
    直列ブリツジ素子Ｒｃ，Ｒｄを電源Ｖｃｃとアー
    スＧＮＤの間に並列に接続し、各直列ブリツジ素
    子の中間接続点Ａ１，Ａ２から第１および第２の
    出力を生ずるブリツジ型センサにおいて、 各直列ブリツジ素子を独立した配線Ｂで電源お
    よびアースに接続してなることを特徴とするブリ
    ツジ型センサ。 ２ 第１の直列ブリツジ素子Ｒａ，Ｒｂと第２の
    直列ブリツジ素子Ｒｃ，Ｒｄを電源Ｖｃｃとアー
    スＧＮＤの間に並列に接続し、各直列ブリツジ素
    子の中間接続点Ａ１，Ａ２から第１および第２の
    出力を生ずるブリツジ型センサにおいて、 各直列ブリツジ素子を独立した配線Ｂで電源お
    よびアースに接続すると共に、各直列ブリツジ素
    子の同電位側端部をそれぞれブリツジ内配線Ｃで
    直接接続してなることを特徴とするブリツジ型セ
    ンサ。 ３ 直列ブリツジ素子の同電位側端部を接続する
