As shown in Figure 2, a so-called dry floating floor structure in which a floor surface is formed by placing floor panel materials c in parallel in a horizontal direction via a cushioning material layer b laid on a subfloor a; There is a wet floating floor structure in which a floor surface is formed by pouring concrete onto the buffer material.

In order to prevent the bending vibration of this panel material from being transmitted to the flooring through the cushioning material, a joist material d or a large tensioner is placed on the cushioning material layer b as shown in Fig. 12, and the floor panel It is constructed by fixing material c with nails e, etc.

のであつた。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, when constructing a dry floating floor as described above, each joist is installed at a predetermined interval on a soft cushioning material such as glass wool mat, and after assembling the base, the floor panels are assembled. Since the material is fixed to the joist material, the joist material may not be stable on soft cushioning material.
When the floor panel material was installed, the joist material vibrated, sank, or tilted diagonally, making it difficult to securely secure it to the surface floor panel material, resulting in poor workability.

In order to prevent deformation, it is constructed by a hollow panel formed by connecting the front and back materials with a piece of wood, or by a hollow panel integrally formed by extrusion molding.

In addition, at the other end of the panel material, holes or notches are made in a portion of the panel surface material located directly above the panel back material that will be overlapped with the protruding portions of the leg members when the panel materials are arranged side by side, and fixed with screws. It has an opening for working.

From this, unlike the conventional method of installing floor panels by arranging joists, there is no need to specially construct receiving materials such as joists, and the workability is good, and the leg members are integrated with the panel materials. Since these leg members are used to connect floor panels together, there is no sinking or tilting of the receiving material when screwing, and the lower surface of the panel and the upper surface of the leg members are in close contact with each other to provide a strong fixation. Is possible.

Even if the position of the leg member in the section cannot be seen, the floor panels can be fastened together simply by screwing through the opening.

In addition, since it is joined only with the back material, the bending rigidity of the hollow panel is improved, and there is no deformation due to tightening of the surface material, and there is no possibility of screws coming off due to floor impact force, making it strong. It is possible to maintain a strong bond.

A,A同志が緊結されて浮床が形成される。 Next, to explain a method of constructing a dry floating floor using the floor panels of the above embodiments, as shown in FIG.
After a cushioning material 11 such as glass wool mat is laid entirely or partially on top of the cushioning material 11, the floor panels A are placed on the cushioning material 11 in a continuous manner in the horizontal direction.
In that case, the side end of the adjacent floor panel A on the side where the leg member 2 is not provided is placed on the leg member 2 protruding from the side end of the floor panel A, and the panel surface material 1
Using an electric screwdriver 12 or the like, use an electric screwdriver 12 or the like to insert the back material 1 of the adjacent floor panels A and A through the screw fastening opening 3 of A.
By repeating the process of fastening b and leg member 2 with screws 13, each floor panel A is tightly connected to each other to form a floating floor as shown in FIG. 11.

Therefore, the lower surface of the floor panel A and the upper surface of the leg member 2 of the adjacent floor panel A can be brought into close contact with each other and bonded together without causing sinking or inclination of the receiving material when screwed together as in the conventional case. As a result, even if a load or impact force is applied to the joint, the joint does not open downward, and the bending of the joint and the dent in the floor can be reduced, and a strong floating floor can be formed.

A,A同志の緊結を確実に行うことができる。 Furthermore, a floor panel A combined with the leg member 2
Since an opening 3 for screw fixing is previously provided at the other end in a position corresponding to the leg member 2, screws can be inserted through this opening 3 even if the position of the leg members 2 to be stacked is not visible. The floor panels A and A can be reliably connected together by simply stopping them.

できる。 In addition, the panel material 1 is made of a hollow panel to increase rigidity, and the panel back material 1b
Since the hollow panel is overlapped with the leg member 2 and connected, even if the surface material 1a of the hollow panel is made thicker to further increase the panel rigidity, the connection can be made only with the back material 1b regardless of this.

らない。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the floor panel of the present invention, when the floor panel is installed in parallel in the horizontal direction on the floor subsurface with a cushioning material in between, the Since it can be connected to adjacent floor panels without the need for support materials such as joists using the leg members, floor panels can be easily and firmly connected to each other on flexible cushioning materials such as glass wool mats. . In addition, the floor panel base is made of a hollow panel, and the surface material is provided with an opening for screw fixing that reaches the hollow part of the panel at a position corresponding to the leg member, so that the sides of adjacent floor panels overlap each other. By just doing this, the leg members can be reliably connected even if the position of the leg members cannot be seen. In addition, openings are provided in the panel surface material and the leg members are connected only to the panel back material, allowing the use of thick or hard surface materials, resulting in excellent rigidity. Moreover, it is possible to maintain a strong bond without screws coming off. Furthermore, according to the construction method of the present invention, since the hollow panels are joined using the back material, there is no decrease in screw fastening workability even if the overall thickness of the panel material is increased, and construction can be performed quickly. Since the screw heads are also hidden inside the hollow panel, the screw heads do not protrude from the surface of the floor panel, and do not get in the way when floor finishing materials or disposable plywood are placed on the panel.

方法。[Scope of Claims] 1. A floor panel that is installed in parallel horizontally on a floor subsurface through a cushioning material such as glass wool mat, which is a hollow panel or a floor panel in which the front and back materials are connected with a timber material. A leg member protruding outward by an appropriate dimension from the side surface of the panel material is integrally provided on the lower surface of at least one end of a panel material made of a hollow panel integrally formed by extrusion molding, and a leg member that projects outward by an appropriate dimension from the side surface of the panel material is integrally provided. An opening for screw fixing that communicates with the hollow part of the panel material is provided in the end surface material at a location corresponding to the back material that is overlapped with the protruding part of the leg member when they are arranged side by side. A floor panel featuring 2. The floor panel according to claim 1, wherein the leg members are rotatably attached to the lower surface of the panel material so that they can protrude during construction. 3. A leg member that protrudes outward from the side surface of the panel material by an appropriate dimension on the lower surface of at least one end of the panel material, which is a hollow panel in which the front and back materials are joined with a shingle material or a hollow panel integrally formed by extrusion molding. A plurality of floor panels are integrally provided, and a plurality of floor panels are provided on the other end surface of the panel material with an opening for screw fastening that communicates with the hollow part of the panel material, on the protruding part of the leg member of the floor panel. , stack the ends of the other floor panels so that the openings of the surface material are located directly above the protrusions of the leg members, and place them side by side on a cushioning material such as glass wool mat, and from the openings. A method of constructing a floor panel, which comprises inserting screws to connect the back side material and leg members of adjacent floor panels.
