ドあるいはポリエステルあるいはポリエチレンテ
レフタレート等のフレキシブル回路基板よりなり
、上記フレキシブル回路基板のガラス基板上への
接合部で、上記ガラス基板とは反対の面には少な
くとも１個のべた状の銅箔パターンが形成されて
