。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱手段をもつ熱板上を走行して間欠的に停止
する連続樹脂シートを、上下動する成形型の下降
で固定し、真空吸引手段及び圧空手段により前記
熱板に密着させて加熱し、加熱終了後差圧により
熱成形する樹脂シート成形機において、 成形機機台の両側と前面若しくは後面に添つて
可逆的に駆動される一対の無端走行帯を設け、成
形作業中は前記熱板上から退避移動し、成形作業
中断と共に熱板と樹脂シートの間に進出移動する
可撓性遮熱材を前記無端走行帯に取付け、成形作
業中断時は可撓性遮熱材により樹脂シート又は成
形品が前記熱板からの輻射熱によつて変形するこ
とを防止する構成にしたことを特徴とする樹脂シ
ート成形機における熱遮蔽装置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 加熱手段をもつ熱板上を走行して間欠的に停止
    する連続樹脂シートを、上下動する成形型の下降
    で固定し、真空吸引手段及び圧空手段により前記
    熱板に密着させて加熱し、加熱終了後差圧により
    熱成形する樹脂シート成形機において、 成形機機台の両側と前面若しくは後面に添つて
    可逆モータにより駆動される一対の無端走行帯を
    設け、成形作業中は前記熱板上から退避移動し、
    成形作業中断と共に熱板と樹脂シートの間に進出
    移動する可撓性遮熱材を前記無端走行帯に取付け
    、成形作業中断時は可撓性遮熱材により樹脂シー
    ト又は成形品が前記熱板からの輻射熱によつて変
    形することを防止する構成にしたことを特徴とす
    る樹脂シート成形機における熱遮蔽装置。
